Braai is barbeque but black people called it shisanyama. Black version of bra is njayam(my dog) or skhokho. Black people don't say sarmie. We say sandwich. I don't know wtf patkos is. It's a white term. Black people don't really say ja/no. Actually we NEVER say Ja/no. This is white South African slang
Padkos is just Afrikaans for "food for the road". Some people make food at home for the road instead of buying something to eat along the way. Mostly for long distances
