Hi Mike. Thank you for your question. In this video, I refer to a Lift where the ligaments were not mentioned. At that time, we didn't often release the zygomatic retaining ligament, masseteric cutaneous ligament, cervical retaining ligament, and mandibular retaining ligaments. Over the years and as shown in these videos, we have used a similar approach using oral sedation (valium) along with local anesthesia and address the other "deep-plane" ligaments as needed.
