Looking closely at the machine it appears to me that the height of the portafilter arm is adjustable and you may have it all the way up.

I have the old version, but I found the grind adjustment a bit tricky.
It doesnt stop for me at 0 or 9, it doesnt make sense, it just continues doing full circle 🤔
is it intended? or something broke along the way?

And the beans in the hopper are getting stuck or clogged. and had to shake the hopper.
its just very disappointing for a $800 grinder.
