@@theinstituteofpersonalcare6401 Hello is chemistry a great way to make clothes and home decor stuff I'm trying to build a business and I want my products to be organic and from me. So just wondering can I study materials like fabrics and glass in chemistry for my business 🤔
Our original lab in this video is 5.3m x 3.3m and accommodated 3 chemists comfortably, 4 was a little squishy but still worked. We have just extended our lab to now accommodate 5-6 chemists to cope with increased demand! But our original lab at 5.3 x 3.3m served us well for many years and plenty of room for 3 chemists.
We can run an ad on our website and to our students & graduates FREE for you - please email info@personalcarescience.com.au with your ad for us to share. Look for our Diploma of Personal Care Formulation as a qualification to know they know how to formulate professional products. personalcarescience.com.au/CosmeticScience/DiplomaofPersonalCareFormulation-479/
I am an aspiring cosmetic chemist looking to do an advanced diploma in cosmetic chemistry. I am paralysed and mobile in a wheelchair, my works work perfectly though, only disabled and mobile in a manual wheelchair. Do you think I can still pursue a career in cosmetic chemistry, even though I am paralysed? If raw materials are easily accessible, and laboratory equipment is in reach, I believe I could still do the job. What are your thoughts?
If you have full arm/upper body mobility then you would be able to prepare samples. Preparing samples is an essential part of a Cosmetic Chemists job, so if your workspace was created to suit your height and reach needs, and you have upper body mobility - enough to cook, for example, then yes, you could do this job. A lot of your research is done at a computer, but the preparation of samples is essential. Try our FREE fundamentals masterclass first: personalcarescience.com.au/Workshops/CosmeticFormulationFundamentalsMasterclass-7441/ if you can complete all activities, including practical work, in that program, then yes, you would be able to study with us and perform all necessary tasks of a Cosmetic Chemist. Please contact us for full course information: info@personalcarescience.com.au and please investigate our Diploma of Personal Care Formulation: personalcarescience.com.au/CosmeticScience/DiplomaofPersonalCareFormulation-479/ as this will give you the full Cosmetic Chemist qualification.
do u teach how to make individual products? Say i want to learn how to make different types of serum? Coz I am an entrpreneur myself and dont have time to spend months on doing long courses.

Great video!❤️ The only thing is annoying me here is the way you have organised the raw materials...Raw materials should be organised by there forms for instance solid material should be placed in a different shell liquid material should be placed in different shelf too.. by doing this you might not have to waste your time on finding the materials. Thank you!
absolutely one of the best youtube channel for me as a chemistry student who is into cosmetics
thank you :)
Finally, a lab worth replicating at home. Please do more of these when you get new equipment. :)
