+MoonlightSONE Actually in CMIYC Sooyoung still had more lines than the rest of the dance line even in the version with Jessica, she was the only one to have "I'm going to find my heart" (which was clearly a vocal part since the whole vocal line got this part)
Korean Vaporeon sooyoung is the 'yuri' in any japanese songs. Shes like vocal line in japan songs. And cmiyc is actually just a japanese single

13 seconds is really okay though for a sub vocalist part of the dance line. She also got 30 seconds in Holiday so I don't see the problem.

Oh!GG was formed around 3 years ago(2018), which was around the year that Seohyun, Tiffany and Sooyoung already left SM Entertainment. Meanwhile, TTS was formed on 2012 where all 9 members were still together. Jessica was kicked out by SM Entertainment on 2014 which means she never had the chance to form a sub-unit.
To sum it up, Oh!GG are formed through the 5 remaining members which are Taeyeon, Yoona, Sunny, Hyoyeon and Yuri.
The only ‘unofficial’ sub unit for Jess are : JTS (Jessica Tiffany Seohyun) - Oppa Nappa
2022, Taeyeon and Hyoyeon are members of GOT the beat

Don't be too greedy guys, she has decent amount of lines for a sub vocal, especially past 2013. She's got even more in japanese songs and she covers the most of Jessica's lines from the dance line.

Actually in The Boys she has adlibs during 2nd verse, during Seohyun's part and half of Taeyeon's part:

not because basically I counted all the songs of sooyoung in the calculator and the result was exactly 263,8 the same I did with yuri and the result was exactly 263,0 so sooyoung stays in the front with exactly 0.8 more

For me, soo young got more lines when jessica left from the group.
SM is really strict esp with vocals though. So with 5 amazing singers in the group, i can see why the 4 dancers has lesser lines then. Pre record and loud backing track in 2007-2012 werent a trend lol.
