Whatta Man was written, composed and released with the 7 member sub unit in mind... OT11 was almost never considered till they performed it...

The real group is 11 members, but at this time four of the members were promoting with their own group. That’s why there’s a sub-unit of 7members. However, when all members are available for promotions they can all reunite and perform together.
