safe aspiration takes more than 2 seconds....especially in the nasolabial area, I would not underestimate this... the vessel leads to the retina..as you know...

thank you, you're also a believer in aspiration prior to injection, as other speakers emphasized negative aspiration doesn't mean 100% no more risks. but making sure you're in correct anatomical plane, plus use of ultrasound guided technique, and very meticulous in injection technique as well as guarding against sign of impending VO, or vascular accidents.
