lmaooo y'all, jungkook is just an introvert. it doesn't really have to do with him not being able to speak english or japanese, the poor boy doesn't like to give speeches even in korean😂
Yes, Our boy gets shy to give speeches...not only in English but also in his own Korean ..😂but when he delivers one, it ALWAYS turns out to be the CUTEST THING EVER NO MATTER IN WHICHEVER LANGUAGE!!!!❤😂...from "Jungkook's English is so cute wow(by RM) to last year's speech at an award show to even few days backs Global citizen interview....😅 our golden bunny is cute
..😂💟🐰
Y'all I've noticed that V uses another technique, he always holds the trophy so that he can give it to someone else and that member is the one who's gonna do the speech 😂😂
real!
Jungkook used to get very anxious/shy speaking at award shows, he could perform like a boss and he could talk to the fans at concerts like it was nothing but at awards show it's not that he doesn't know what to say, more like he has too much to say but doesn't know how to say it or he gets way too shy to speak lol. These days though he's much less shy and can do it easily, he's been growing way more confident when it comes to making speeches and speaking to the fans
true but 2 days ago he got nervous during his interviews in global citizen, he told the interviewer that his english is bad and he sounded so nervous but the woman who interviewed him comforted him. It was so cute and a very wholesome interaction, jungkook is just so pure and genuine. I'm so proud he's doing amazing in getting out of his comfort zone. Someone has to tell him that his english is more than enough! He's always doing amazing!
@@THEqueenspringday but that's different because he gave that little interview in english and he (like the rest of the members) have improved their english but he/they r nowhere near as fluent to be able to make conversations on the fly. so he has his parts and what he wants to say in english prepared beforehand. This is like the tannies sometimes deciding in US concerts (or other foreign countries) to give speeches at the end in korean because they r more comfortable and can express what they want to say more clearly instead of pre learned speech in xyz language. But yes I agree the interaction with JK and the kind woman was so wholesome and heartwarming and I wish they always meet kind people like her everywhere they go especially when they have to converse in a language that does not come easy to them (and sadly there have been times where ppl have been racist xenophobic m/rons to them as mentioned by the tannies in passing over the years, in the bts book, and being told "why do Asians even bother to speak english/why are you speaking english" bullsht ohhh it still gets my blood boiling 🙃)
but JK in SK award shows and his AMA speech in the last 3 maybe 4 years were fantastic and the english interviews for Seven were so good (and ofc he most probably still gets nervous but if he has to do them he is gonna do them and even volunteer himself as he has done sometimes)
And I just remembered his tma speech for one of the awards they got last year was also so funny and endearing 😭😭🫶 he seemingly stopped/finished talking and the mc was going, from what I remember, from member to member so they could all speak and JK interrupted him saying cheekily and cutely I'm not finished 😭😂😂 then when he was done the mv said something like can any of the other members top what JK said basically lololol Jungkook grabbed the mic again and said no in aegyo/cutely with everyone incl the audience being very endeared fjdjfjdkfkk I love the tannies so much 🥹🥹😩🫂
@@THEqueenspringdayit's understandable because it's his first time alone at big festival like that and having to speak English
@@THEqueenspringdaythat’s just not comparable at all? it was a live broadcast and he simply wanted to make sure his english was understandable because he was in america and it was for a historic event raising money for a good cause. it’s very weird how you all are obsessed with him being shy when there’s members 10x more shy then him they would never do half of what he does… very weird. let go of the idea that youngest = shyest. and look at things like a normal person
jungkook is the most shy member despite his crazy confident stage presence
he's gotten better as the years gone by but when they first debuted he was even too shy to shower while the other members were up and he'd do it when they were all asleep
most of the members do get really shy with american and other english speaking award ceremonies etc. but a lot of these are korean so he's just shy in general lol
but i think this is another reason why having their own solo stuff while other members are in the army is good because jungkook especially can learn to be more confident because he can't hide behind his other members, he's grown a lot so once they get back together they will be even more of a powerhouse
*was the most shy member, the most shy still by far is jin. in order to solo perform the world cup and do dozens of live performances and interviews in a foreign language by yourself you can’t be shy. jungkook said he’s not that shy anymore so much in 2022 and proved that over and over in 2023. just watch how all of they acted at j hopes album party, jin was in the corner all night while jungkook was the center of attention with v dancing away. jin, suga, and even jimin are 10x more shy than jungkook, jungkook being super shy was something that was true over 7-10 years ago, we can let that go now, all of them except rm avoid mics at award shows. like jungkook was shy when he younger/a kid, aka 13-17 who wouldn’t be? lmfao.
Lol guys… I think you might just be looking too deep into it. Our boy probably just feels shy and doesn’t like the pressure of having to represent his team with a speech on an important annual award, i.e. MAMA, MMA, etc.
Hell, if you think about it, this is an award where everybody is expecting something from everyone (especially from you, as BTS), a place where that entire year’s worth of work for all the artists is put to the test, judged, and potentially awarded. So just in short, these awards are very significant (just an fyi).
He doesn’t, for example, get extremely shy when he’s expressing himself during their own concerts, where they know that everyone who came already supports them and are already their fans and people who already love them, so it’s a comfortable environment. Whereas the year-ned awards are comprised of multitude of different fandoms, press, all of which also later will be seen millions more times through internet, and during these events the smallest of smallest things get even more amplified than before.
So yeah, his aversion towards awards speeches is understandable imho :)
right 💜
Yeah I would avoid it too because I'm introvert too
Jungkook is an introvert he is so relatable us introverts with public speeches . It's a nightmare
He gives speeches too in korean , English and Japanese he is good at all three
He is now more confident btw as you saw in his recent live streams and interviews his confidence rose more starting from 2021
I’m just in comments to say most of these were Korean spoken award shows 🤣
Jk is me when I have to give a class presentation 😅
you used to be able to see their trophies, HYBE used to have a museum for their artists, and there was a wall dedicated to a lot of BTS's trophies (i dont think it was all of them), but the it was closed earlier this year... i dont remember the details
i know for a fact tho that they have least 900 physical awards, i think there are over 1000 awards they have received, so i dont think any of us could ever see all of them together in one room
The MAMA awards you thought were in Japan were not. This was MAMA 2019. In Japan was 2022 and only Hobi went. I just think he's shy at the idea of giving speeches. Most of these awards were at Korean shows and even when they were in Hong Kong they did give speeches In Korean lol
Aye Y’all Better Chill On My Man’s Jungkook Alright… Lol He’s Confident And Shy When He Wants To Be 😂 And That’s One Of The Many Reasons Why He’s My Bias Cause Those Parts Show How Human They Are! It Doesn’t Matter If They Are One Of The Biggest K-pop Groups Across The World Their Still Human At The End Of The Day.
There's not a day I cannot stay without watching yalls videos if I'm sad and I feel like laughing foreal I watch yalls videos I love yall you guys are just genuine mahn thank you for your funny and genuine reactions yall always make me laugh
He’s just shy and like to give the spotlight to his older members. He’s well known introvert. But when he does speak, he does it really well.
jungkook has always been so shy but he's getting better now🥹
Actually now, They fight for the mic. In 2022, JK did the best speech at TMA. Forever Artist BTS
That was adorable- my favorite!
Yeah he gave a speech that the members refused to add more words because it was so good and made them proud 👏

Jungkook global citizen festival performance reaction please
May favourite jk ❤
I NEED ANOTHER THE RISE OF BANGTAN REACTION
Jungkook 😂😂😂😂
Jungkook is just shy
7:22 he might be backstage sick actually because jungkook was sick around that time or went to bathroom
JUNGKOOK’S NEW SINGLE 3D IS COMING ON SEPTEMBER 29‼️
Jk might be a monster on stage with music on but once you give him a amic with no choreo and song he‘s not with it 😂😂😂😂😂 but he got really much better. He even did like solo appearances on like shows because of their solo projects and I think I remember him saying how it was like hard bc he was always with the members since he was like a kid but he had to like adapt to it so he got really much better and more confident in doing these things alone that he used to do with the members together.
🇧🇷💜
Guys please reaction V dingo story 😚❤❤❤❤
