Reasons why I bought my 745 was how it sounded thru headphones, how keyboard felt, bluetooth feature and overall Yamaha's reputation. No regrets other than my experience of the brass finish of the sustain pedal dulling out after 2 weeks of use. Minor issue cause my acoustic yamaha p22 sustain pedal looks the same way.

Great and helpful video. I would definitely buy the 745 model. I have a question. What is the color of the pianos in the video? I am not able to choose between satin black and rosewood. Which one looks nicer and more luxurious in real life. Thanks for your reply.
Hey Tony.. Do the key actions have the same down weight? Because with the NWX on clp 645 and GH3X on clp 635, the NWX felt slightly lighter to play. Is it the same case with these two models?
I have a CP88 and I’ve played both models (735 and 745). Theoretically, same same sample but through headphones the 735/745 are stunning with the binaural sample. 745 has a more powerful sound system and is a pleasure to play. They also have wonderful action. It’s really apples and oranges as CP88 has great voices (Nashville Piano is my favorite) and is a stage piano. It’s awesome at what it does

The Yamaha website says 735 has integration to the Yamaha app (via a lead no BT) but your feature walk through leads us to believe it's not possible? Can you please clarify the 735's ability?
The guy in the video lost all credibility immediately - saying that bluetooth is a big difference b/w the models and only the +$1k more expensive model can be used with the Yamaha app - which is plain false. Not sure how to trust his other reviews.
Hi everyone, may I confirm if the clp-745 is able to connect midi-interface via Bluetooth to the iPad? i.e To use SimplyPiano app to learn playing the piano wirelessly?

Looking at the CN-39 or CLP-745. My main concern on the Yamaha is the heavier action key. I'm only a beginner and having a heavier action key to play on can be quite tricky. Which would you get?

CLP535 and CLP545 as well, 545 keys slightly ligther than 535
Because of the keys with wood parts (they're not 100% wood) on the 745 they probably don't have exactly the same feel or down weight
