I've done kyokushin for about 18 years straight. I showed up at Kevin Secours' school asking him to hit me, 'cause I couldn't tell if systema was fake or not. I have done full contact martial arts for two decades and I was never winded as precisely as I was when Secours' hit me. Something about the systema punch is able to somehow pierce through tension. You could tense your stomach muscles, but the impact goes through it.

Okay... So he smacked the guy ineffectively, the guy is still standing there just fine, and everyone laughs in delight. Bizarre.
He slapped them in the stomach and they're hurt. Are you kidding me?
