You guys need to realize that this game is still in beta, more heroes are on the way. Please like this comment so more angry blind people can see it. Indeed, Epic is listening which is nice, funny thing is they said April not March, so if we do get another character in March it will probably be another Melee Assassin lol.
Haha character looks really interesting, really funny how many salty people there are saying this character doesn't fit the game. when we have a Drum Playing Ogre, A Steroid Abusing Frog, a Boxing Robot, Grim Reaper, and a pest in a mechanical robot suit. Paragon is a huge universe did you guys not think there would be a celebrity type character? Only thing I'm upset about is that they added yet ANOTHER melee character.
Don't forget about the rhino, humanoid hybrid grux, or the gremlin midget riding a dinosaur who eats beer bottles and breaths fire. Or even the 7 foot tall purple alien Asian samurai who smokes a pipe.
That moment when a developer stops listening to the community. At this rate smite with forever dominate console moba. Paragon is becoming more of a joke.
Ryan Sellers sir may I just say that this game is on open beta and they listen to the community (twinblast rework, heroes who need buffs & nerfs). This hero is not the end of the list, there are more to come. I'd be pissed too if they did this on full release but it's on Open Beta. please be patient.
She's cute, her abilities look great, but she really doesnt fit the theme of the game at all. Maybe if the map were more urban instead of high fantasy she would look more reasonable. A lot of you negative commenters need to chill. If you don't like something; stay away from it. I don't like plenty of games and I don't bother playing them so there is no need to complain. This Gabe has its ups and downs but it's progressing. "Smite is better!" Is it? Then go play smite! I tried smite and didn't like it. Paragon fits me better. That's why I'm here. You won't hear me calling smite names cause i don't think it's a bad game. It's just not for me. Imo paragon is better.
Another humanoid/assasin/hot girl character...... It feels like you are following a pattern here. Come on! Do something different. A cthulhu like alien with tentacles, a hobbit with a sniper rifle, a badass robot with chainsaw-katanas. Anything!
So basically an improved AOE from Greystone, a move from Smite's characters: Awilix Moonlight charge and Nemesis dash and a very flashy ult. I love it!
I expect the next few heros are gonna all gonna be ranged. (I suggest a shotgun using character that has a cone attack who has to manually reload that takes mana, terrible idea i know but hey, now it's out there)
Soooo... I actually really like this hero. Mainly because I main Ahri in League probably. I do wish they had made her a little more fantasy sci-fi-ish though. The character design is not really too creative. I love her kit, and will probably play the crap out of her, but I just wish she looked cooler. Maybe some wolf-like features on her or armor, because even though she's a pop star, she's fighting now and needs to dress for it lol. Anyway, she looks like she'll be fun to play mechanically speaking, but I gotta say, not your most creative work aesthetically speaking.

ugh i hate that i decided to play her so late into the games lifespan. I loved her detonate like ult. Also i didnt play her like an assassin i played her more bruiser/ fighterish with the card that gave you lifesteal or abilitysteal. It worked well with her circle rhythm and i could fight anyone it felt like.

sick of seeing people complaining about the melee characters. We only have 2 more melee character than ranged. But still, if you all could just stop by their site and idk maybe open the notes they put there weekly, maybe you would know that rangers will start coming in April. So, only one more melee hero coming and they will start coming
LOL in Paragon's line up for the year "apologies for releasing three melee in a row." Releases a 4th melee anyway. I don't mind though since rangers are hard to balance. Hopefully she's fun and hopefully they are able to provide more ranges of characters like this from now on, would love to see how interesting the world can get for lore.

the more hero's they add to this the more pointless rangers become. this game used to be pretty well balance before v.30, tanks were tanky but didn't do hardly any damage, rangers were weak but did loads of damage. Now rangers are weak and only do slightly more damage than damage melees. Hell I get 411 CRIT damage from greystone WHO HAS 2K HP AND A RESPAWN ULT meanwhile most rangers max out at 600 damage? with 1K HP? ya this game is just shit now and needs legacy brought back. Their excuse for making monolith was matches sometimes lasted an hour on there and that's too long. Pfft matches still take that long against two good teams and now with removal of op dunk buff there's no way to make any sort of comeback. God they took a fun, unique game and took a giant dump on it.
"Highly susceptible to crowd control" meaning she won't be viable probably. She was recking Seraph and Riktor after all, it is not like that is an accomplishment. Her abilities and design look really cool tho, makes me wish we had a community like Overwatch (think of what they do to Tracer)

In with a game like League of Legends the Devs have talked about the time they put in and how many times a champion is changed before it is released so it fits the theme with the rest of the world, so they can have a demonic little girl, a werewolf, a knight and a pirate fight each other and yet they all look like they fit in the same realm, skin do not follow this rule.
It being an MOBA has nothing to do with themes, and it does not fit the game theme for me, do you not understand my usage of theme and style I explained above, it would be like throwing a character from World of Warcraft into an Asian MMORPG FFXIV or Archeage ect and saying they are both from the same created game universe. BTW "MOBA" is just an online ARTS, not sure what you mean by it is an MOBA so it does not have to fit a theme, an MOBA is a game mode in that you control one hero, "hero" being as in a unique character and not a unit, the goal of the game mode is they defeat the opponent by destroying their base or exhausting their resources, and seeing how it is an ARTS or RTS all progression must be done within the time frame of the battle.

She looks like a lot of fun. My only question is, will there be a way to tell how many wolf stacks are on an enemy hero?
Soooo... I actually really like this hero. Mainly because I main Ahri in League probably. I do wish they had made her a little more fantasy sci-fi-ish though. The character design is not really too creative. I love her kit, and will probably play the crap out of her, but I just wish she looked cooler. Maybe some wolf-like features on her or armor, because even though she's a pop star, she's fighting now and needs to dress for it lol.
Anyway, she looks like she'll be fun to play mechanically speaking, but I gotta say, not your most creative work aesthetically speaking.
I don't even play the game anymore (because of you know... monolith...) yet for some reason I always get excited when I see new characters added to the game.

ugh i hate that i decided to play her so late into the games lifespan. I loved her detonate like ult. Also i didnt play her like an assassin i played her more bruiser/ fighterish with the card that gave you lifesteal or abilitysteal. It worked well with her circle rhythm and i could fight anyone it felt like.

But still, if you all could just stop by their site and idk maybe open the notes they put there weekly, maybe you would know that rangers will start coming in April. So, only one more melee hero coming and they will start coming

LOL in Paragon's line up for the year "apologies for releasing three melee in a row." Releases a 4th melee anyway. I don't mind though since rangers are hard to balance. Hopefully she's fun and hopefully they are able to provide more ranges of characters like this from now on, would love to see how interesting the world can get for lore.

the more hero's they add to this the more pointless rangers become. this game used to be pretty well balance before v.30, tanks were tanky but didn't do hardly any damage, rangers were weak but did loads of damage. Now rangers are weak and only do slightly more damage than damage melees. Hell I get 411 CRIT damage from greystone WHO HAS 2K HP AND A RESPAWN ULT meanwhile most rangers max out at 600 damage? with 1K HP? ya this game is just shit now and needs legacy brought back. Their excuse for making monolith was matches sometimes lasted an hour on there and that's too long. Pfft matches still take that long against two good teams and now with removal of op dunk buff there's no way to make any sort of comeback. God they took a fun, unique game and took a giant dump on it.
"Highly susceptible to crowd control" meaning she won't be viable probably. She was recking Seraph and Riktor after all, it is not like that is an accomplishment.
Her abilities and design look really cool tho, makes me wish we had a community like Overwatch (think of what they do to Tracer)

She does not fit the style of the game for me, colors are off, effects are okay, she looks way to big also compared to other champions, she looks like she was pulled from some other games universe.

If you know the Lore of Agora her being a pop star is not an issue, she uses.. magic and not like a microphone and her voice to kill people, my issue with her and the same for many others who say she does not fit the theme is due to her looks.
In with a game like League of Legends the Devs have talked about the time they put in and how many times a champion is changed before it is released so it fits the theme with the rest of the world, so they can have a demonic little girl, a werewolf, a knight and a pirate fight each other and yet they all look like they fit in the same realm, skin do not follow this rule.

It being an MOBA has nothing to do with themes, and it does not fit the game theme for me, do you not understand my usage of theme and style I explained above, it would be like throwing a character from World of Warcraft into an Asian MMORPG FFXIV or Archeage ect and saying they are both from the same created game universe.
BTW "MOBA" is just an online ARTS, not sure what you mean by it is an MOBA so it does not have to fit a theme, an MOBA is a game mode in that you control one hero, "hero" being as in a unique character and not a unit, the goal of the game mode is they defeat the opponent by destroying their base or exhausting their resources, and seeing how it is an ARTS or RTS all progression must be done within the time frame of the battle.
Also I do like her alternate skin better but even then she is still too tall and body proportions are off.
