An idea for your next collection (hopefully you haven't already done it): I would love to see a collection themed around the different Druid circles. Like a colorway for the Circle of Spores, Circle of the Shepherd, Circle of the Stars, Circle of the Forest, etc. I think that would be beautiful and a great opportunity for lots of speckles! I have loved watching your videos this season. I hope you all had a lovely and restful holiday!
I find standing a lot more tiring than walking! I can run around all day at work but if I have to stand in a queue for a while, I'm over it very quickly. Also, orange and purple used to be my favourite colours when I was young!
That trick your cats pulled off at the end was pretty impressive! They should consider a career as magicians 😂 Daily check in: I was supposed to be visiting my great aunt for afternoon tea but disappointingly my body & my long covid have both been very cross with me for being quite active all week going to Christmas parties and shopping 😢 So instead I am laid up in bed with my knitting and a few heat-packs, but at least I got to enjoy a lovely homemade mince pie and a cuppa while I caught up on vlogmases. I've finished all my Christmas knitting, but am still trying to finish a bit of Christmas embroidery.
Daily check-in: I've finished my gifts knits and can now make things I want to. I got some beautiful striping Gingerbread sock yarn from West Yorkshire Spinners at my local yarn shop and am just enjoying making something for myself. 🎄 Congratulations on finishing the collection completely!! (Sorry about the big order)
Creative burnout is rough. I think taking a good restful break will give you space to naturally think of a collection idea. And maybe switching between stock updates and collections could be a good flow of work while allowing for natural creativity waves.

Pretty packages are nice, but I'm more about hoping they arrive in tact and that the post office hasn't wrecked anything LOL. Still loving your advent colors. We have a salted caramel here I like but the salted vanilla caramel is even better. I wouldn't worry about inspiration until after the holidays are over LOL.

Merry Christmas! Last night I watched an old Christmas Carol and had minced pie for the first time ever (Walkers brand since that's all I could find here). That was a fun way to watch. Humbug candy is being saved for the Muppets version on Christmas Eve. There are a lot of your yarns that I only know about by watching your past videos. Will you ever do a "Collections Past"? Though I also loved your chaotic ones with speckles on undyed yarns. Am saving up for a sweater quantity of a chaotic neutral one, once my stash is down far enough 🙄 Lots of love from the Pacific Northwest 🧡
