We actually own a Yamaha AR190 and is a pain in the a.. when is rough out there. We are looking to buy a new boat in the 300K range. What do you guys recommend?
I have a 21' Yamaha AR210 and have been on lake Erie with 6'+ swells and you just need to find the appropriate cruising speed, but if you're not comfortable turn around.
It's all about the captain's ability. He pretty much knew he couldn't handle it and turned around to be safe. Plus it looked like his passengers were uh no man we aren't going to do this. Lol. Honest question though is with the smaller boats why do they not just switch on the bilge pump when they cross the sand bar under the bridge lol.
An old saying about aircraft pilots: "There are old pilots There are bold pilots There are no old, bold, pilots" Same thing can be said about sailors in pleasure boats.....if the ocean wants your boat, it will get it. My son thinks I am a wimp because I come in when the clouds start to pile up on the horizon. That's a fight no one can win.
Do you have any footage of the new Bayliner Trophy T22 or T24s going through the inlet? I'm thinking of buying one and would like to see it perform in rough conditions.

Thomas we wish
That Yamaha belongs on a lake, not off shore.
@@jayscott1380 exactly 💯 !!!
Boston whaler nothing there can stop the red top
💖
Smart, live another day to go out to sea
@@warriors6378 & the captain saw his boat was a shovel and made the right decision
FIRST. Cheers from Serbia to the best boat channel.
Thanks for the support
@@BoatZone You are welcome my friend.
Anytime you have doubts turn around. It is the ocean after all, bravery counts for little to nothing when it comes to Mother Nature.

The Yamaha SX190 made a smart move. Safety first!
Great day to be out at sea... The yamaha those are cute boats but not an ocean dweller. Great video

Extremely smart move. Go with your instinct and if you have any doubt then turn back.
Smart move, If in doubt...Don't go out. That Yamaha bow rider is only a toy boat & not designed for rough water.
Blackfin twin- that rats nest will keep em busy for awhile 😂
Smart guy know your and your boat limits
Wise to change plans . All lives aboard are an Operators responsibility .
Niceeee 🤙🏻
Cary Express ? I didn’t know Cary was still building boats ! ! !
Never seen a Nimbus before before ! ! !
Must not of been rough enough for the red top legend
Red top legend is out of commission atm. At least from last video's of getting towed In
@@cocoloco2711 You blokes must be colour blind? Or are We? I see it as "Blue top legend".
@@dustyfarmer hahahaha there are 2 insanely amazing whalers in these videos. 1 has a blue top. 1 has a red top
@@cocoloco2711 But wasn't it "Blue top legend" getting towed in recently or did I miss something?
@@dustyfarmer oops. Yes it was blue top. My bad brother!

Cary express is the sticker name of the boat not the brand/manufacturer name of the boat. What is the boat brand/manufacturer?
I’m not sure
@@BoatZone No worries, maybe somebody else can enlighten us :) thanks for the videos as always
Let’s see
Yamaha’s are inshore boats. Period. I have a 24 with over 1000 hours and have never stuffed it, but then again I use it as intended.
Mine is a 19. Haulover was not a problem 😎
😍😍😍

Indonesia
Smart move the guy with the Yammy. Was a oh shit moment for him. Not worth the ass ache
👍👍😎⚓
Know your limitations.
I’m not seeing the Yamaha
9:52, she's cute.
Does anyone realize that people will pay big bucks to ride at festivals or county fairs... and they're usually safer and dryer!
