Hey, hope you’re well. I agree on a few of your quirks, etc. thankfully the cameras ameliorate the small rear window opening. On the brake dust and specks on the side of the car I didn’t have that issue because every time I washed my 2023 X6 I’d apply a topper to the paint and then the wheels. That dramatically helps with protecting the paint from UV rays as well as adding hydrophobic properties and slickness that prevents anything from risking to the paint. I use a pink one by Chemical Guys that smells like cherry. My new 2024 X6 is finally at the dealership in Mississippi I expect that it will be shipped to me in Florida within a week. I was satisfied with the 335 horses on our 2023 but I won’t argue with the 375 horses and mild hybrid system on the new one…..LOL. Take care. Cheers!

For more HP you can try to find a tuning shop. I have the 2017 540IX and we're in the process purchasing the 2023 X6 both with the same B58 engine. They can produce a lot of power. I know I want to remove the limiter from my 540 but I also want to do the stage 2 tuning. Which will bring it to about 500hp w/o any mods. Just scared to do it.
but you can replace to carbon fiber aftermarket parts, easy. i have X3 and the trunk not just closes with boom sound it is also pops with even louder sound, i think it is something with the lock might be the way to fix it with some car lubricant may be

(going to get another one.ok, no practicality at all in the x6, we all get them for two reasons. 1st reason is the look (hey im here) 2nd reason is the driving experience witch awesome. you forgot to mentioned few things that you don't like about the x6... what about when you getting out of the car is your pants always get dirty from the area that should be a "running boards" in suv ? what about that 22" black wheels that ALWAYS GET AND LOOK DIRTY? I remember finding my self service my x6 w cleaning .. what about the noise from those big 22" wheels when you driving? worse blinds spots ever. so here is my final opinion about the x6 (any x6 include the M) you loosing the suv and the sedan driving experience. you are getting non of that. (still love that big boy)

X6 just doesn’t feel like a SUV. Which me and wife like since we have no kids at home anymore. Still fun. Had friends in the back going home after night out and they said it feel like a night club in the backseat with lights and moonroof light up. Cool vehicle. Goes and sounds fast enough. Best part 40i looks fast.
We just traded are 19 Porsche Cayenne s on BMW X6. Was a great vehicle just the maintenance cost is so bad and fear to not have it on warranty isa bad. Battery is like $5000.00 to change.
I want an X6 so bad, however I have to be able to put my German Shepherd’s crate in the back for road trips, and with that visibility and trunk space, looks like I’m going to have to find another car.

For Piano dashboard layer, have you considered using a paper wood dashboard cover with different color ? I think I will try it on mine when I get it !

Yep every time I get out of the vehicle. My left leg rubs on the side sill. And the clear coat is a bit worn down. It can be buffed out though. Maybe it’s just me who does this. lol

But I believe you mean the thing on the outside of car that's designed to whisk water away from going inside the car. So you're jumping out to avoid hitting that and it's worn down some now. Is that accurate? I'm looking for pictures of a car door sill. Thank you!

I'm assuming your x6 is a non full option and are there any options that you feel like you wish you had or feel like its a must? i love your videos man! I rarely see personally owned x6 review videos!
You’re right this one was the floor model. If I ordered it myself I would have added carbon fiber trim interior, massage seats, leather dash but honestly it’s good the way it is. The only option that is a MUST for me is the M Sport package (wheels, exhaust, suspension, trims ext) Good luck with your purchase that’s awesome. 👍🏻

My mazda did the same. I called it rail rust from the pads. Eventually it did stop doing it once the rotors and pads finally wore out a bit.

Check out iron x and spray down with water to remove the iron on the side

Spar wheel iron remover on your white paint and it will remove the iron particles when you presuure wash . Just dont let the product dry on the paint

Use iron remover for those little deposits. Clay bar's don't remove those. Clay bar only makes it worse.
I prefer open pore wood (matte) which never has fingerprints and rarely shows dust…plus it looks really nice! Nice car, though!
Had that in my wife’s X3 M40i and loved it. Matte look, and yes no fingerprints!
