The aim of my channel is to share my favorite video game music as creatively as possible.
In order to do this, I record the soundtrack during my gameplay while using various tools such as mods or plugins to remove or lower the voices or ambient noises. Then I enhance the quality using Adobe Audition. Once this is done, I work on a background picture using assets that I edit myself from the same game in order to create a unique visual to accompany the video, and I also add some effects with Vegas Pro. Those videos have educational and entertainment value because it helps people to find the names of music in video games, which are not mentioned in the games. It also gathers the community and allows the fandom to have a place to talk about my videos, the music and characters in the comment section, especially when the Zelda universe is full of theories.
The music, images, effects and other content included in these videos are for educational and entertainment purposes. No copyright infringement is intended. Everything got recorded from my gameplay.

I had no idea how they’d top the original, yet somehow they did.
That’s cause his original theme was midi (computerized, not real instruments) for some reason, while this is performed live.

NO MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY
@@UrLastSurprise also no i’m pretty sure his original theme was with live instruments in a studio
@@aylinilya. The flute was 100% midi. Not sure about the piano.
You can hear parts of Mipha's theme in here. It's like he's carrying o her will.
Definetively, and the music is a lot more regal, because.

Sidons botw theme: a new and friendly face in a hostile world ready to help by means
Sidons totk theme: a Noble and elegant ally that will still offer help even in the toughest of times
He considers himself Links best friend so that makes sense, in some way link likes him back but they never quite said how
Honestly, first time I learned about Sidon and him talking to us, I was extremly suspicious of him. But no, he's just a pure hearted guy that just wanna help and support Link.
@@Soul_404. Well, Mipha was sort of Link's first love interest. Link met Sidon when he was a child and I'm sure after Mipha passed Link made sure to be a real bro for Sidon throughout
Sidon in game: sliding sprawled out across the floor
@@SarkenHS Agreed. I was suspicious of Sidon too at first. But after a while of playing, I realized that he is actually one of, if not, the best character in the whole game, maybe even series!

Sidon seems to be the only character to be THAT invested in link, beside Zelda.
His face just lights up whith cheer when seeing the savior of his village.
While a lot of characters show respect and gratefullness, Sidon expresses pure, unfiltered and radiant love. It's not that easy to write and design someone like that, i think he's actually my favourite of the bunch for this
He likely acts like that he actually knew Link before he was put into the shrine of resurrection, especially if I remember correctly Link grew up in the Zora Domain, this is the same reason that I love the Zora Domain since everyone knows Link there
Link is Sidon's hero and best friend. That's what I hate about the Internet, when male characters share a bond, people call it gay
hes so gay for link this is canon
@@silentlore2458 its a joke brother
@@silentlore2458 I mean, there's a statue of Link Riding Sidon, so...
Sidon's theme was energetic, lively and in your face in BOTW.
In TotK, it seems much more subtle, calm and lovingly done - kind of like Mipha's.
Its a lot more mature to fit his new role in the domain
It fits well with his situation, he’s worried about the domain and Yona
At 0:18 in BotW that progression shifted to an E Major chord, but in TotK it shifts to the tone of an E Minor chord which makes it more melancholic.
It fits considering how dire the current situation in Zora's Domain really is.
@@Nyxael5845 well the situation in zora's domain wasn't really dire, especially compared to the others. even goron city's situation was worse than the zora's, and their problem was that they were all basically addicted to crack
@@sockthesockare you serious? A fish-based race suffering from WATER POLLUTION is probably the worst crisis out of all of Hyrule in TOTK. They LIVE in water, they drink it, they breathe through it...
That feeling when you talk to sidon for the first time and his theme fades in is just amazing
Edit: woah 1k likes :o
YES!!
the 00:10 part when you first see his name reintroducing him is just amazing, the sidon and mipha songs were already one of my favourites, and the sound there was the only sound that gave me chills in a good way
How bout when he pledges to fight by your side and the theme is blaring??
@@angelosophy That part gave me goosebumps!
@@angelosophy and be has his old vigor back, does the pose and the shark teeth start to shine again.
god i really love how it starts out as a rendition of miphas theme to show hes still attached to her and her legacy but as soon as he shakes links hand it becomes all original, showing hes becoming his own person and embodying the title of sage of water goddddd i love himm
En le minuto 0:45 parece el tema principal de Pokémon
Definitely the biggest success of TotK in terms of narrative music.
There's everything about who's Sidon in this melody: A grieved little brother, willing to move on to help others and pass on his sister's legacy.
I really wish they pushed even further the narrative part in TotK, this OST would have been even more incredible.
Good analysis 🙂👍, but Sidon is mipha's YOUNGER brother
@@thatoneguy52884 nevermindddd 😅
Majoras mask:
Me too, the story had good parts in totk but it could have been so much better
I'd argue Yunobo's was just as good. Its format is a reversal of Daruk's: starting off and gentle and eventually getting loud and powerful to signify his growth from a coward into a brave warrior. Whereas Daruk's starts off bold and brave, and then slowly becomes more relaxed to convey that underneath his gruff exterior, he's got a heart of gold.
I am 42 years old and have been playing Zelda since I was 12. And honestly, right now, this song is making me cry. So emotional, like I can not let Sidon down. A long lost friend I will always treasure in the Zelda series. In fact, he's probably my favorite Zelda character of all time. Please bring him back for another game. 💙💙💙 Zora!
Totk has one of the best if not the best soundtrack in all the saga, followed by OOT
I miss mipha so much but I’m happy that Sidon is still alive
Same

Fish sticks

i heard the song start to play.
i started smiling so hard.
"do the thing! the shine.....YEAHH HE DID THE THING! thats my buddy"
by far my fave part while playing still
Ive always loved Sidon and his theme. Hearing this makes me happy because it has parts of his past self, parts of Mipha his beloved sister, and new more quiet and mature sounding parts showing how hes grown 😊
link is the only thing that sidon has left of his sister, her spirit and love still reside within link...
bro their dad is literally alive
@@mentholnewporttrue nvm
Me on BOTW: Nice smile, Sidon.
Me on ToTK: Come on, do the thing.
*Sidon smiles widely*
I can die in peace.
Hearing this as Sidon kneels down and swears his loyalty to Link was so cool. While Zelda was witnessing the founding of Hyrule, Link was out there reforging the kingdom.
Yeah... what is your opinion now?💀
This theme is so amazingly written. It builds off his old theme so much with a bigger orchestral backing showing his maturity and growth as a leader. The elements of miphas theme within it help remind us that he still carries the weight of the death of his sister with him even though there seems to be no physical acknowledgement of it. The buildup at 0.09 is just amazing and it fits his character and represents the Zora so perfectly
THIS IS SO TRUE MY JAW LITERALLY DROPPED WHEN THE ORCHESTRA KICKED IN, its just so representative of his character imo like my jaw dropped when i saw him in game so it just make sense
did anyone else cry when they first heard this? i broke out in full tears.
Beautiful music
Beautiful composition
fish stick
Wow they outdid themselves with this soundtrack. Simply beautiful
This song is so complex. Like happy sad. And the mipha’s theme that kinda plays, is so sad
Fr, a mix of emotions that also represents Sidon really well
Just saw this crop up and was like "oohhh i haven't gone to this part in the game yet do i want to hear it...oh go on" and just like immediately cried. What an absolute gorgeous tune. This game is really getting me with the hints of BOTW plus new music.
This guy is so cheerful all the time. So sincere. And I love how this theme represents his very soul.
This version of the theme when you first meet Sidon again holds the weight of his burden.... he is scared to watch it all happen again to lose someone yet again to a Circumstance he yet again cannot control it switching back to his original theme when he is told to let go of the past by his fiance tells you that he no longer has any reservations of going all out to protect what he loves. Nintendo did a very good job of Conveying all this in this particular peice I loved it so much.
I always really liked Sidon's theme but for some reason, this rendition of it makes me wanna cry
I’ve always spent a lotta time in Zora’s Domain in Breath of the Wild. So when I saw my boy Sidon again I was excited I was “home” so to speak. Then this theme played and it felt like Link was finally home for real, felt comforting and inviting. Which makes sense seeing as how Sidon has been my bro for 6 years. And I finally get to see him again! (In terms of home Korok Forest and Rito Village are close 2nds).
Musical fun fact Mipha’s theme primarily uses the notes mi and fa while sidon’s theme uses the notes si and do
I don't know if they did this on purpose, but mipha's theme starts with those notes: mi fa
And then sidon's theme starts which the notes: si do (mipha's theme transposed)
They probably did it on purpose
I just finished the Zora’s Domain branch of the main story, and I feel so happy for Sidon and how far he’s come. BOTW was a fantastic introduction to him, but TOTK carries his coming-of-age journey full circle. The way he whole-heartedly and proudly embraces his destiny as the new Sage of Water and declares his vow to fight beside Link gave me chills. Mipha would be so proud of him!
When I first started the game, I felt very overwhelmed and intimidated by everything new they added, including the sky islands and depths. The world was gigantic. After the great sky island I went down to lookout landing, and then blazed a trail for Zora’s Domain (this is the one I usually do first in Botw). When I saw Sidon again, I was relieved and even cried when this played. Finally something familiar in this unfamiliar land. I could rest easy for a bit.
SAME
This and Tulin’s score are magnificent!
My boy's rocking the Lightscale Trident.
Love this new theme, but it was great when they brought back the old theme for a moment
0:46 sounds like the Pokemon theme for a few seconds and that really threw me off
glad i was not only one who thinking about
@@리중딱-j6kme too
Love how they used an actual flute for this!!!
If you put it on repeat it loops perfectly. No lag between restarting. Fades out well. Even better is that it somehow keeps the BPM the same on the end and beginning pause.
Mipha always and forever the best side character in the series, Sidon receives a lot of charisma points because of his sister
This theme is dopamine straight to the brain to me, best one in the soundtrack of both games imo, link having a gigachad dude bro homie is one of my favorite parts of the hero of the wilds tale.
The part that got me with this music is its basically a new take on miphas theme which is arguably one of the best songs in botw
Sidon is that brother we all wish we had
adding miphas theme into hu is so sweet to me😭 he won’t even get over her. he’s gonna always honer her legacy
Link’s husband has the best theme as he should
0:45 they done turned him into a Pokémon trainer 😭
NOOOOOOOOO😭
"You've been challenged by Pokemon Trainer Sidon!"
That trident looks so badass
I slightly teared up hearing this theme in the credits, mainly due to Sidon being my favourite sage and I freed Zora's Domain first in BOTW and TOTK
Can we all agree that sidon is probably the coolest dude ever in the history of the world
groose silently stares
I agree he's so cool.
Of all the sage's Sidon and yunobo have the Best theme song and 0:18 is just perfection
sidons theme was my favourite song in botw and when i heard this, i cried
corny 💀
@@buutardd why judge? Let him be…
I'll return here in like 4 years when this gets millions of views
King Sidon😭❤️
Nothing is better than hearing the words “It’s good to see you again my friend!” While this theme plays in the background! It feels so satisfying!
This OST is just soooo soothing and tear jerking and shows his will to follow through helping his people and all of hyrule. I got goosebumps hearing it first time. Sidon is my fav sage.
I want cry rn it so friggin beautiful
Maybe not so fun fact: Botw and Totk showed how much Sidon loved his sister Mipha so much that in his theme in you hear closely you can hear mipha's theme or if you put the 2 songs Mipha's theme and Sidon's theme they'll both match with Mipha's theme.
The running theme for this game has just been take everything good about the last game and make it a thousand times better
It's a pity we didn't get more of it in the game
I totally agree. I literally only heard it in one section of dialogue, and I wish there was a way to go back and hear it in-game again without restarting the game and doing the Zora quest again.
Every song in Totk is just more intense like you can really feel the music with your body
Ya know, I was playing this game during a time where I was in a place in my life where I felt alone. Just like link. When I made it to zora’s domain and went to the top of the thing where miphas sculpture was. The scene when I saw Sidon and he looked at link like he was just only but happy and grateful to see him. That made my cry because he made me feel like i actually had a friend not only in the game but irl, because i had nobody. Hands down one of the best themes too.
This melody has me levitating
Elegant yet freindly
0:09
When the melody swells here i just 🫠🫠
man i did zoras domain first in totk but it wouldve been fucking awesome to save it for later so it felt just *that* more meaningful to return to a place link feels truly appreciated and connected.
El mejor tema del juego incluso por arriba del tema principal.❤
When I heard this theme I was happy inside, also when Sidon gives you the sage avatar, he does the exact same pose when he’s congratulating link in botw
When your mom dies and you see her come back to life:
I never appreciated Sidon too much in botw, (i personally thought he had a lack of agency due to refusing to board Vah Ruta with me)
But after age of calamity, and tears of the kingdom, I realize he’s a pretty wholesome tough guy
- open with emotions
- hopelessly protective and caring for loved ones
- overall badass
I aspire to be like him, having a balance of strength and compassion (the latter being more important imo)
Sidon is a shonen protagonist.
Mipha would be proud of him
both siblings got banger themes
When Sidon gave us that smile after the prep talk Yona gave him, I cheered.
Sidon my boy
I love that there's a clap here just like the main theme 0:44
And then Somehow Pokémon Snuck into the thrme
This sounds how it feels to see him
I think this rendition of Sidon’s theme really emphasizes just how deep Sidon and Link’s friends ship is. Every time I hear it, I get the feeling like I’m seeing my best friend again after a long time.
This ish made me start to float.
It is elegant yet triumphant!
That beginning second or two reminds of of Dark Souls 2's intro for a brief moment
Reminds me so much of Mipha omg I miss her
It's definitely a coincidence, but I'm noticing a tie between the zora music in this game and OoT. You can roughly hear the main theme at 0:45 here, and the Mipha's Court theme literally begins with the OoT main theme's chord. I got little chills from that last one
Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom have amazing soundtracks. Sidon’s theme is absolutely beautiful.
so far this is my favorite theme in the game. i almost cried the first time i heard it. it's so beautiful and so perfect for sidon's character. you can just feel his overflowing love for mipha, yona, link, the domain, and everyone in his life.
We love Sidon 💪🏻
Top 5 themes from this game. Its so cool.
I love the bond between Mipha, Link, and Sidon. ❤
I kinda regret doing Zora's Domain last, but I was still so happy to see MY BOY! Sidon was my favorite of Link's allies in BotW, and while Tulin is my favorite in TotK, I'm honestly glad Sidon made a return!
And I was so proud of my homeboy when I found out he was engaged! Yona may have a weird design, but she's a total sweetheart.
I visited the Zoras first when i first played totk and i absolutely loved meeting sidon again and the build up to the water temple is my fav build up to a dungeon in the entire game
I still love how his theme uses si and do primarily while miphas uses mi and fa. I love music nerds
What's even better is when his theme get "alive again" when Sidon's morale goes up when it was needed (keeping it vague to keep it spoiler free).
This IS one of the BEST songs of Zelda totk anda botw
It’s… nostalgic
I think it’s safe to say that we can consider Link and Sidon as brothers at this point.
_Especially since had Mipha survived the Great Calamity, Link would’ve married his sister and they’d be brother-in-laws_
Damn it Nintendo, you were about to create the greatest couple ever AND YOU RUINED IT
@@Nistaa GOOD
@@Nistaa zelda and link always belonged together, dont know what you mean. they share the same house and bed in tears of the kingdom 🙃
@@joogled1839 not really confirmed, is it ? Even if it's quite hinted.
However, before that, Mipha and Link seemed to have feelings for eachother, with Mipha's ones being canon, and Link's ones being apparently canon aswell (check out Link's diary !). Because Mipha's now.. Well.. You know what, Link probably developped different feelings for Zelda, like every other person i think, and lead to them being kinda.. Together ? I think (hope) ?
But still, Mipha and Link were about to happen, but unfortunately...
@@Nistaa like i said, they quite literally share the same bed, and zelda kept link's hair tie in a chest in her secret room with her diary talking about how sweet link is.

0:46 Is that Pokemon Theme ? Sidon is a Pokemon Theory Confirmed ?
Lmao noticed this too
It's mildly sad that so far I've just beat Zora's Domain and the only Champion ever given a reference is Mipha. Urbosa's non-existent and Revali's case too. None of the main characters from there even reference them.
Urbosa is mentioned by Riju (... in a diary), but still, I would've loved more direct references.
Maybe when Teba was giving Tulin the bow, he could've said something along the lines of " This bow was once wielded by the champion of the rito, Revali. He was a great warrior, and now that you are one too, it is time this legacy is passed onto you. "
Just anything would've been great! Even NPC dialog about then would've been great.
The fact that the shape of his head always keep his eyes under the shadow
Like a cool and elegant guys
I cant stop humming his theme. It so elegant yet sad at the same time
An underappreciated part of this is 0:44 where that echoed "clapping" motif in the game is used.
I love this 😩😩😍💖💖✨
0:24 especially is beautiful 👌
Sidon is my favorite character in the new Zelda games. Nobody brightens up the mood as easily as Sidon with his trademark smile, no matter the circumstances.
I felt so satisfied when I met "Winning Smile" Sidon again, accompanied with this sweet remix.
I loved the fan comic that has link talking with the avatars. He says some noble heroic things to Sidon's avatar. Sidon weeps where he really is and just says that link doesn't know they as the sages can hear him.
As a finisher of totk, fully upgraded all that i could, all sages, best armor, and fused highest stats to ALL champions weapons, AND found all divine helms to respect the sages with their avatars donning their ancestor masks...
I wish to say as well with that link comic, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. Personally you two specifically, Tullin and Sidon.
Best character in both games
