- Enough water to help blend
Brief instructions:
1. Chop your ingredients
2. Add your ingredients into the blender
3. Squeeze your lemons into the blender
4. Blend on liquify until smooth
5. Refrigerate overnight
6. Stir before serving

How long is it good for in the fridge?
Hi, thank you for watching. I have not kept it for more than 1.5 weeks in the fridge. I personally wouldn’t exceed 2 weeks. Veggies and fruits begin to lose their nutritional value when they are stored unnaturally for too long. I would make no more than a serving for 4-7 days at a time to keep it most fresh. Enjoy!
