My husband ran several hotels on moon Stone Beach and it really is a beautiful and quiet area. I hope you mentioned that the film arachnophobia was filmed and around Halloween they make a good display of spiders. Arachnophobia is a very scary movie that takes place in the very peaceful idyllic, white picket fence town and it really is that beautiful.
@@erinmalone2669 We LOVE Moonstone beach! And yes, they filmed arachnophobia there😁 Now at Halloween time they have a Scarecrow festival!! Tons of fun.
@@corefouradventures2861 I helped my husband make a scarecrow parachuter who gas caught up in the trees outside the hotel. It was super fun and life sized ❤️
Us too! It’s almost time for Cambria’s annual scarecrow festival. It’s October 1st-31st. cambriascarecrows.com/ We will definitely be there! Subscribe so you don’t miss it!!
I prefer Robyn's restaurant in town for lunch! The garden patio atmosphere 🌻🌷🌻 is so wonderful! I love their 🌮 🌮 🌮 tacos! But everything is garden fresh and delicious! Linns is good for pot pies and American food. I like creative dishes with tons of flavor! I also recommend Cambria Pines ,it's absolutely beautiful if you enjoy garden's! It's great to stay with kids or just two people who love the mountains or a singles group of friends!
@stardustgirl2904 what a great suggestion! I’ve heard great things about Robin’s restaurant but not eaten there yet. We have been to her sister restaurants in San Luis Obispo, Novo and Luna Red. We absolutely love those places. So, we will have to check out Robin’s the next time we are in town. The scarecrow festival starts this weekend. Always a fun time in Cambria!
After living in Cambria for 10 years, the one thing I really miss is Robin's GREAT restaurant! Also yearn for the Linn's Olallieberry pies....the divine sea air,,and watchng the dolphins play just off shore.
Robin’s and Linn’s are definitely treasures. Everyone says that if the restaurant in Cambria is a woman’s name you can’t go wrong!! And the views…it’s a very special place. We certainly feel very lucky living so close. 😁😁
@@Goldblooded559 the drive is beautiful! Where are you coming from? We went across the 46 west from Paso Robles. But if coming up highway 1 along the coast it’s even more beautiful. Both are 2 lane highways but not bad considering. Hope you have an amazing time!!!😁❄️🎅
Well, there really are some great restaurants in Cambria. But, there’s little boutique shops and art galleries. And, of course, the ocean views are spectacular. Oh, and great wine 🍷 😀
Nice

I really enjoyed your video! And I can’t wait to try that burger at Linn’s.
It's so good! Very messy but worth it. You’ll have to let us know if you liked it once you have it.🍔
Wonderful! Can't wait to get back there.

@@ddd3645 We’ve always had good service and great food. Sorry your experience was not as pleasant ☹️
@@ddd3645 Linn’s is awesome!! Love those Olallieberries!
@@ddd3645 Yes, they’re actually similar in flavor.
@@ddd3645 Nice! If you love boysenberry you’ll really enjoy Linn’s Olallieberries. You should make sure to go when up in Cambria. 🥳
Great video.
I'm going this Christmas.
How was the drive?

It looks like eating is the number one priority there. 😂

Se la pasan comiendo !
@@elvagarza1182 Nos gusta destacar los buenos restaurantes. Todo el mundo necesita comer cuando está de viaje. 😋
When I am in Cambria, I like to count how many times the people who live there tell me how beautiful it is.
We bet it’s quite a few! But, in their defense, it is beautiful there 😁😁
Really nice girls. That food spot looks scrumptious. I do have a question though, what was that wood debris on the coast? 🏖
It’s drift wood. Tons of it accumulated after the big storms we had this spring.
😮
