Breslow Depth & Clark Level of Melanoma

Two out-of-date classifications of melanoma which you may be asked to know, but shouldn't. However, I present the more updated Breslow Depth currently used by AJCC as a small aspect of their T/N/M staging (the current Gold Standard).

Hi, thank you for the video. My wife just got a spot checked and was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. I’m confused by the report she received which shows it’s Clark stage IV, but greatest thickness was 0.6mm. Wouldn’t this put it in the category of just surface level?
