Shinedowns version of Queens song "tie your mother down", recorded for the Queen tribute cd. No video was released but this is worth a listen trust me, very catchy.

Queen is my favorite band of all time. But a month ago I took my 14 year old to see these guys. Now I like both. Shine Downs bassists reminds me of John Paul Jones of Zeppelin. This singer dominates the stage like Freddie did.
It’s on an album, it’s just an obscure Queen tribute album, along with other Queen covers including Breaking Benjamin’s cover of “Who Wants To Live Forever”
ShineDown over the years have gotten better and better. Brent Smith has gotten better as a vocalist and performer now that he's sober. As a huge Queen fan I know he's not Freddie but Brent can definitely hold his own

I agree, even their cover of simple man doesn't top the origional, it's too different to be better, however, Brent does an amazing job with both, as well as the rest of the band
