  • A jury found an Auburn police officer guilty of murder and assault Thursday for the shooting death of a 26-year-old man in 2019.
Auburn Police Department Officer Jeffrey Nelson was charged with second-degree murder and assault more than a year after the 2019 shooting death of Jesse Sarey. Nelson was trying to arrest Sarey, who was unarmed, outside of a convenience store for disorderly conduct.

I've been beat up by cops. I probably will never get justice. The first incident was in 2020 and the second in 2022. Both times everything was blamed on me and I was wrongfully accused of things I didn't do like kick an officer. I'd of gone to jail not the hospital if that had been true. Instead the cops beat me up but blamed everything on me. I was literally chucked into the back of a police car HEAD first plank style after being dragged down 32 concrete steps without shoes by an overly aggressive and overweight male cop. My life took a nose dive after this abuse. I of course was blamed for everything and haven't received A dime in justice nor even an apology. I'll be pushing daisies before any of that happens.

Few years ago a middle aged black man was sitting in a car at a parking lot. A policeman was coming to the car and the man opened his door and ran about 20 Feet off the lot and on the road. The cop shot him in the BACK. The cop was acquitted. The black man had not committed a crime and there was no warrant out for him.

Other than that they don't have time Amost specially if you tell them that there's illegal things going on and they have actually asked me if i could go find the people that are doing illegal things when all they had to do was to drive over into the area and they would see the illegal crap. I told them that they make the big money and they get the benefits and i'm not going to be doing their work for them! I used to have a lot of respect for the cops and highway patrol.
