I used to think i was the only kid obsessed, overly consumed, just couldn't get enough of...and kept watching and watching..and re-watching Jaws when i was a kid...even in my teens, i still often revisited it periodically...
Bought the laser disc, DVD...
Glad to know now.. I wasn't the only one. 😊
Great time watching this. Thanks to all. ❤
The fact that even kids worked on this, *shows you how much this really was the best movie ever made.*
This has given me more joy than anything throughout the last few dismal months. Complete admiration for everyone involved. The affection and loving eye for detail had me smiling throughout and laughing loud on loads of occasions. Bravo to all concerned! x
Quite possibly the greatest movie ever made of all time.
Just when you thought there was no more new JAWS to see!
Glad I'm not alone with my JAWS obsession.
SAME
I am so humbled that I got in. I made the entire Hooper in the Cage scene with the action figures. Thank you @TheDailyJaws and the rest of the people who came together to have this gem.
*shameful self promotion* I have made some other reenactments of the Jaws series if you are interested
That part of the film was phenomenal. Great work.
You gave us something very special. Thanks so much!
That was one of my favorite parts. Really well done, great job!
That was you? That was epic. It was shot for shot. I saw the attention to detail you put it!
Bravo! 🎉
(And I'm in love with that black lab.❤)
To everyone involved - this is SO F**KING GREAT!
Thanks, Steve. It was so much fun putting it together!
I'm STILL talking about this and trying to get people to come watch it!!❤❤❤
Thanks so much for creating this jawsome fan-made tribute! This is epic! 👏👏
Thanks, guys! Please help us spread the word.
This was made with a lot of love.
JAWS-ome! I hope Spielberg and the cast/crew get to see this!
We hope so to!
@@TheDailyJaws Did they?
Excellent. Particularly liked the kids by the swimming pool when the shark is pulling out the cleats!
That was brilliant. There were some ingenious ways of recreating iconic scenes from Jaws. I felt sorry for the kids who had loads of water thrown over them about an hour into it. Some of the Quints were fantastic and really channelled Robert Shaw.
The Quints were brilliant! Please help us spread the word.
I’m only just discovering this masterpiece in 2022. Wonderful work from all concerned.
The scene where Brody types “SHARK ATTACK” that’s my then 9 year old typing on her grandmother’s typewriter.
Awesome work. Well done to all involved. 👍
Please help us spread the word.
YO THE FAKE FIN BEACH PANIC SCENE. OMG that entire family storyboarded the whole damn thing and got even the minute body movement details down!! FREAKING EXCELLENCE, top to bottom, 10/10 to everyone involved, not just that one scene.
Were gonna need another wemake
Coming back to watch this 2 years later! So glad we made it in. We did the scene where the kids prank the beach with the cardboard and when bruce pulls the cleats off the stern and all the water gets in the engine.
Hi I am an executive at Zanuck. We love it!
Hi Carl, so glad you guys like it!
The dissecting scene had me laughing in knots with all the Spielberg film references
This was fantastic. Thank you everyone that made this happen. I’ve a tear in my eye. Bravo.
Congratulations to everyone involved and THANK YOU to The Daily Jaws for putting this together! I’m very honored that I got to be included.
The bloody dog with a fin on it's back circling the cage cracked me up...WELL DONE to all who contributed...it was just brilliant!!
Very funny and nice !!!!
A fan of JAWS
This is AWESOME. Respect to everyone who participated!!!
Awesome! God Bless Ian Shaw and Robert Shaw! RIP Robert Shaw!
This was GREAT! I loved it, I laughed so hard! Such imagination and creativity! And talent! Thank you all for your submissions and putting this all together! It was JAWSOME!!! ❤️🦈❤️
Thanks, Katherine. Please help spread the word.
Excellent, all the filmmakers! I'm delighted to see how much of the energy and spirit of the original translates into people's tributes.
Excellent work EVERYBODY! Love the family doing the “bigger boat scene”.
20K views! Another milestone. Well done Daily Jaws. Happy 4th of July.
Thanks, John. We drink to your legs.
Love It.. Very Well Done Everybody.. 🦈🦈🦈
Jaws is a very popular flim in my home. It is even my 4 y/o daughters favorite movie lol.
I was planning on visiting Martha’s Vineyard this June. So disappointed. Hopefully, next year.
In the mean time I’m glad to have discovered this channel. 🦈
You'll love going to MV as a Jaws fan
this deserves an Oscar!
"Hooper drives the boat, Chief." Freaking perfect recreation at 48:23 too.
The kids will be chuffed to hear this, thank you. Check out their full film and their other work here. ruclips.net/video/l_d20n-RQPI/видео.html
LOVED THIS! THANK YOU THE DAILY JAWS & IAN SHAW!
I couldn't be more proud to be part of this!
Loved it! The little Chief Brody and little Quint at 48:13 were great!
They will be chuffed with this comment. Check out their take on E.T. ruclips.net/video/AhNoNBxZfyM/видео.html
The guy trying to climb out of the bathtub 😂😂😂
You know what for the crappiest year ever we needed this nice job to everyone who was involved on the project 👍
Awe shucks, I didn't see my name in the credits, but it's ok, I'm just so ecstatic to be a part of this! To be in my fav movie!! Thank you eveyrone, for all the hard work, and the Daily Jaws!!! I teared up at the dedication and passion (and humor)
What scene did you do?
@@KevyNova Brody and Hooper "In 25 years/Wanna Pretzel"
18:10 to 20:20....LOL!!!!!!!!!! When Hooper examines the remains. And the family at 49:00....amazing!!!
That was pretty fun. Made me a laugh a few times with everyone’s creativity.
Glad you enjoyed it.
This is so awesome, Jaws sweeded version! Great job everybody that took part in this. Good stuff, what movie making should be all about.
Ohhhh!! I would have PAID to be in this!! Didn’t even know it was happening! Great work all involved! 👍
I love this! I will say that it's truly amazing that Hooper survived this version since he hasnt got any air supply in the Cage... :)
It was an honor to be involved in this!!!! Thank you Daily Jaws for this grand opportunity!
Please help us spread the word.
@@TheDailyJaws Will do!
My parents took me to see Jaws when I was 6, because my dad claimed I liked sharks. My sister said it was actually because the whole family was going; including my sisters who usually babysat me, and my parents didn't want to pay for a babysitter for me. I remember being terrified to state of panic, and refusing to even go on the beach for our next year's vacation. Gotta love 70's parents.
Dude this is perfection
Bravo! So much affection, creativity, and ingenuity!
It’s nice to meet you! Your dad was a brilliant actor!
What a great and awesome WeMake movie
Happy 45th anniversary🦈
this just looks like a really good and fun time with all the jaws fans man i wish i was included
Jaws will always be my favorite movie. Much Love to my fellow Jaws/shark lovers.
THIS IS AMAZING. (and i needed something delightful today to distract me from our world being on fire) Genuine thanks to the organizers and ALL the incredible participants. And crazy big Bonus thanks to whoever edited it together. It is wonderful!!!!!
This video deserves so many more views and so many more likes! Loved every single minute of it. And I liked the very unimpressed cat observing the reenactment of the 4th of July beach scene too. Thank you so much to everyone involved!
Wonderful !! Full of love towards this movie and much of humor.
Man robert shaws son looks and sounds so much like him. How amazing. I would have given my left leg to a shark to do something like this. I got to talk with my buddy who has a big RUclips channel and see what we can do. I don't know about going to the level that you guys did because I just don't have the time but I would love to do a couple scenes. Thanks for this this was awesome
Edit: I died laughing at the bath tub slipping and the capri sun
This is fascinating. How was this coordinated? It deserves it's own mini feature.
Thank you! It took a lot of effort by our team and community to get everything we needed but we pulled it off! A mini feature is a great idea.
This was Jawsome! Great job to all who contributed. My favorite part was the kid in his kitchen doing the autopsy! We’re about to go to our local drive in (Holiday Twin, Fort Collins, CO.) who is playing JAWS tonight... couldn’t be more thrilled!
Please help us spread the word.
Hooper in the shark cage scene...hahaha. Thanks for this, loved it.
Absolute quality. There were times when it was hard to tell it wasn't the original!
And Mr Tim Vine - some of your best work. Special shout out to your hair stylist.
Lovely stuff. Great work by everyone and nice to see Tim Vine's contributions in particular.
Tim Vine is a LEGEND. He gave us more than we could have hoped for! Please help us spread the word.
This is all sorts of magical.
Some excellent recreations in this. As a HUGE Jaws fan, it’s a joy to watch! 😁 🦈 💙
Thank you, Matt! Please help us spread the word.
Totally joyous
Well, I'll never look at this movie the same way again! Love those town 'fathers'...especially Mayor Vaughn! And 'Bad Hat Harry' was hilarious!!!!
"I don't think that's funny! I don't think that's funny at all!" Mrs. Brody's a hoot! The guy playing Hooper in the one clip (" They're all goin' to die!") looks almost spot-on!
I was the kid that was getting splashed a 1000 times lol
You nailed it, Cameron. We drink to your legs.
Great!!
Ok why wasn’t I invited to this masterpiece
Such a great idea and was delighted to put some work into it about 1:02:02
Please help us spread the word.
Nice job, whoever did the vertical shots. Very cinematic.
You look a lot like your dad! Jaws is still one of my very favorite movies!
Quint gave me a great idea. Jaws: The MUSICAL! And one scene reminded me of the Carol Burnet parody, where a shark got into the plumbing of an apartment. Harvey Korman played Quint.
“You got any better suggestions?!!!!!” Cracked me up 😂
Somehow I missed this. I'm sad about that. It's wonderful!!!! ❤❤❤
The kid doing the autopsy scene with the severed arm had me dying laughing 😂😂😂
The kid walking up the garden with his hand on his head for a fin was priceless😅
This is very impressive!!!!!!
How wonderful! A terrific job by all involved. Laugh out loud funny and made with love for the source material. Thank you for sharing this!
The guy playing Polly NAILED IT. 😂
I got some good laughs from this. Big shout out to Ian Shaw, TDJ and everyone else who pulled this off.
Rest in Power, Robert Shaw and Roy Scheider.
OMG brilliant! You look just like your Dad.
I nearly spat out my coffee ice scream when Harry started talking to the Chief.
Congrats to everyone! Classic effort looks like we all had a lot of fun putting the ham and cheese into a classic shark sandwich.... :-)
Thank you so much. We are so proud of everyone that contributed.
This was such a fun & great idea. We all need laughs especially during these times. Great job everyone!
Thanks, Evan!
Great stuff 🎬 👍
Well done everyone who took part 👏 👏👏
Hahaha that was awesome guys! Wonderful job- so stoked to have gotten to be a part of that! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
This is inspired! 😀 love this!
Well done to all involved.
And Ian Shaw introducing it, wow oh wow! Fantastic! 😃 ❤️ 🦈
Ian was awesome. Please help us spread the word.
The Daily Jaws Ian seems so down to earth ☺️ I also liked the interview you did with him about his theatre production.
Absolutely, I’ll share the video 😁
Why do I need to go to Brisbane when I have this?
Precisely!
Cant get over that you got 2 well known comedians from England in there.. That's like getting The Rock on a UK thing about Tesco trollys or somehting. Who remember Tim Vine from all those 90's sketch shows? 😁
Well done, everyone!
Amazing work - thank you !!!!
Please help us spread the word.
That was fintastic! 😁 🦈
Please help us spread the word!
So after all this time, Spielberg didn't have to go out on the ocean and put up with all the crap he put up with? He could have just shot the movie in his backyard?
Exactly!
A master piece ,JAWSOME f
The nod to Ferris Bueller is Brilliant!! 💖
This is going to be awesome! 👏👏👏
Jawsome.
Bravo! Bravo! Great job, everybody!
Thank you! Please help us spread the word.
I adore this family
