    Thank you for your review and answers to some questions. I would like to have you a little longer playing. What I like at your videos is, that you are more showing and playing than speaking. Allot of RUclips seems to be talking heads instead of showing and demonstrating. New sub here.

      Thank you for your feedback! My plan for future videos is to have more in-depth sound comparison/sound demos between different models

    Primary driving difference for why a person will be looking at a K200, is that it is significantly smaller than the K300. The K200 ATX4 is the most compact true hybrid piano in existence (at least of known brands).

    Wow that's a great video covering what no other video explains so clearly. Kudos on that. However I was looking forward to hearing u play extensively the acoustic sound of both the pianos to compare them. Also, Can we send midi data of the performance to a laptop while playing the acoustic sound (that is without muting these acoustic pianos). Thanks a lot 😊👍

      Thanks for your feedback. Our next set of videos is going to focus on the acoustic uprights, so we're planning on doing more acoustic piano sound comparison soon.
      And yes! You can send midi data to a computer while playing the piano acoustically (no need to mute the piano.)

    Thank you for the comparison! From your point of view, the acoustic sound quality of K300 Aures and Yamaha GB1K which is a bit better ? I’m considering to change my GB1K to K300 Aures because of the neighbor complains of the noise 😢

      I haven't played a GB1K recently, so I wouldn't be able to give you an answer on which I prefer. I am not sure if you were specifically wanting a silent upright piano, but Kawai also makes a GL10 ATX4 which is a 5' baby grand (same size as the GB1K) with a silent system built in. You may try looking at that piano too during your research.

    I thought the Aures used the soundboard as a speaker?

    • @BayAreaPianoMasters
      @BayAreaPianoMasters  22 дня назад +1

      It does! It's a soundboard speaker system with transducers built into the soundboard

    So if I understand that correctly, with either of these pianos can you no longer play simply with the felt enabled, as it completely mutes the sound?

    • @BayAreaPianoMasters

      You can still play the piano acoustically with only the felt enabled--just engage the middle pedal and don't engage the lever beneath the keyboard.

    Thanks for the review! Is there a big difference between the ATX3 and the ATX4 ? Is it worth paying more for an ATX4 system ? Thanks!

    • @BayAreaPianoMasters
      @BayAreaPianoMasters  2 года назад +1

      I don't know if I have a direct answer to your question, but the ATX4 system no longer uses a touchscreen in the cheekblock (part of the piano next to the keyboard). The user now has to use a secondary device (phone, tablet, etc.) to change the different settings of the piano. There have also been improvements made to the sound rendering the SK-EX piano sounds. Hope this helps!

      @@BayAreaPianoMasters Thanks! The secondary device could also be a desktop/laptop connected through a cable, correct? (I don't like bluetooth.) Thanks again !

    Nice and clear video. What about the K300 Aures vs the NV5? Have they got the same digital sound engines and same mechanism?

    • @BayAreaPianoMasters

      Thanks for your feedback. Yes, the K300 Aures and the NV5 have the same digital sound engine and have the same action mechanism.
