my fear would be that I'd stay up all night due to a neighbor in the pod next door snoring all night.

Luckily wasn't a huge problem for me; but again, that's why the earbuds really came in handy.

It's called the Ukiyo Steel (metal version of the original glass edition called the Ukiyo Sense) - allow me to add a link in the description to it for Amazon :)

Have you done a review of the Garmin watch featured in this video?

Awesome video! I used to use the Halo Rise but switched to Withings Rise after Halo was shut down. Sleep data helps explain why I'm feeling tired: no sleep + tired = sleep more, enough sleep + tired + no known external factors = maybe getting sick/take it easy today.
How've the Even Realities G1 been?

The Even G1 have been amazing, and they have worked well for my needs. I'm working on a video for them!

Hi Josh. Please look into the apnea and look after yourself. You might want to look at mount taping to help you breath through your nose and not snore.

Short answer no, Lomg answer yes... Despite what people say no sleep tracker we have on earth is 100% acrate in fact no gauge is... So yeah the biggest problem like with all over the counter medical tech is users being stupid with it and panicking... Like iot's common place for people in "free healthcare" nationsytaes to go to the emgency room or cakll anambulnce just because they had normal healthy heart flutions for them... In the US it's less common as let's be honest since heart attcaks are the number 1 killer of americans because they didn't want to go get a check up with the insane insurnbce they get with their job as part of thei4r compation...Then yes my fellow Americain are that free and stupid... So yeah I have two galeexy watch 6s a classic and nrormal and they have the same reading that is so consint I stopped caring about it because I know the resault... And yes the data was great easly as great as all modern heart rate /O2 readers... IIt's just the watch had funny ways of displaying it that were flipped around so I can see why people don't rrust it... The UI is horrible and the m,arketing in the app gives you a false sense of secruty when the app sucks at reading it's own data correctly... Also this is why for all medical actionalk advice you need to see your doctor or get a lisnced one with a degree if needed that you can work with... And always rember to do your own research and get opions from other doctors and your family, friends anbd people online like tubers and comments... In all scince esppalcy medicine more data is always more better as it let's you make the best desiction... That is why smart watch';s having all this medcal tech is great as let's be honest how many people actually have all the stuff modern smart watchs have laying around unless they need them?
