Since I found you folks you never stop impressing me. I would settle for a MDT if I could find one in manual trans and a bunk like that...I was drulling🙂 A 2 or 3 axle toy hauler behind that would be pretty close to Paradise Thanks for taking the time...we appreciate it.
Nice looking truck, would have been neat to see a bed for a jeep put on it at full length. I understand you did what he needs. Good to see Ridge advertising with you. Stay safe and healthy.
@@rvhaulersRight on. Lol The one I was looking at was in terrible shape, which caused me to go another route. Thats one perfect long haul medium duty truck man for sure. 😅👍🏾
Greg, what a great job! Where can I find the drive shaft angle specs that you are referencing about and what is the maximum length of shaft before needing a carrier bearing? Keep up the good work.
Hi Kevin, There used to be a tool you could download from Spicer and install on your computer that allowed you to enter the data, and ensure your angles were good. I still have it, but a recent search showed that the tool is not longer downloadable. Maybe someone here might know of a good online tool? Gregg
Hey Metal Music! I saw your comment over on the PRINCE 880 video! Thanks for your interest in my videos, and welcome to the channel! I hope you continue to find interesting things here. I have over 460 videos, so there is a bit to watch. Anything you are specifically interested in? I will always try to connect you with my content that answers questions, OR if you have an UNANSWERED question, I will make you a video! Thanks, GGG
I would like to see what the decibel difference is with the sound deadening. I’ve driving a international day cab before that was about 92db at hyway speeds
Hi Adam, I didn't do a db comparison with and without the sound dampening product. Sorry. We dove straight into the conversion before thinking of that. I appreciate the idea for another video! So noted - next time, I'll get that comparison. Ggg
@@rvhaulers Yes just out of curiosity it would be fun to see the before and after amounts. As I’ve said I have driven some really loud tractors. I’d like to see how quite you can get one of those Volvos. They are slowly becoming my dream rig :)
Hi Marchal, He is going to be towing a 53 foot commercial Shipshe trailer. He would be way over length with a deck truck, plus that trailer. The commercial folks would catch that pretty quick! Thanks Marchal for your continued interest and comments! Ggg
Hello Robert, My contact information and email is on our website at www.rvhaulers.ca, and I also have it down below in the video description. If you continue to get fails, would you call me? Lets get in contact! Thanks Gregg
Big thanks to Ridge for sending me this wallet and supporting the channel! Here’s the site if you

Thanks Gregg. Nice to see some work done on an MDT.

More to come!

@@rvhaulers Hopefully someday we can meet when I drop off a truck, sure hope so at least. Be safe Sir.
Love it. Was just about to ask you to do a video on the process of singling. This answered a ton of questions. Thanks!
Hello Todd and Antonella,
Gosh, I think this is the first time I have seen proof that I can read minds. Maybe I was just lucky?
Gregg
Another great vid. Would love to see an in-depth video of the camera systems you use if you haven’t already!
Hi Adam,
Thanks for the suggestion. Will do!
Thanks for the awesome continued comments on my channel. I really appreciate it.

Wanted to do the same exact thing, thought I was the only one lol.
Shorten the frame and pull a 48ft gooseneck with it.
You just proved it. There are at least two great minds existing out there!

@@rvhaulers Let's make a video on how to take a single axle day cab converting them to civilian
Very nice!!!! What was that bumper pull hitch rated at?
Has our brain working on a straight truck for horse hauling. 🤔

Frankly I would have left it long, to be able to load an extra trailer on the truck.
