- In this episode I'm joined by Andrew Allen to look back to Arsenal's 5-0 demolition of Chelsea on Tuesday night.
We chat about the quick opening goal which made Anne Hathaway happy, the red card Chelsea should have had, and missed chances from the Gunners. We also look at how we were more solid in the second half, with two goals from Kai Havertz and Ben White - with the former Chelsea man celebrating his strikes with gusto. There's discussion of how Havertz has grown into this team, the Martin Odegaard performance, the significance of the result, and lots more.

Dude! I've been waiting with bated breath to hear Andrew eulogise over his shithouse son's performance 😂😂😂
Goodly fucking afternoon
I’ve been itching since I got the notification at work I am now listening at 17:01 lol
even my girlfriend, who's never watched a game of football in her life, who randomly found herself watching it with me, asked - wtf is wrong with this jackson guy? 😂
Huge smile on my face as I saw this show up on my feed! Goodly fookin’ morning everyone!
We're beating Chelsea 5-0 at home... I still remember getting destroyed by Chelsea back in the Wenger era so this is such a jump, that the word happiness doesn't cover it.
THAT is why so many fans including myself wanted Partey rice ode to start in pl game. Top quality midfield... balance between creativity, transition play and defensive cover👍🏽bossed it
Nicolas Jackson wasn't sent off, because the ref and VAR team took the broader view: Leaving him on the pitch was a greater punishment for Chelsea.
PMGOL is hot mess with a slice of corruption!! Protect players?!?!?! hahaha It's is more motivated to protect the referees!
If Mudryk meant the goal he scored against us, Ben White totally meant it 🤣
EXACTLY!😄😄
Partey should've played vs Bayern and Villa but alas we're ending the season as it stands with no trophies (as City have easier fixtures compared to us and don't bottle title run ins ever with Pep in the prem).
He wasn't ready ffs. Did you watch his athritic cameos when he wore 2 left boots. He is alwasliw to get up to speed after injury
Both finishes weren't predictable from Kai first half to be fair. Hope he has found key to that locker now.
🖐🦻🦻🖐 for all Chelsea fans that said good riddance 👏
Ben goal was definitely intentional 🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥😉. He said he would leave itvup to others so I decided 😂
Hear Hear!!!
Partey great player the fact that he is finally approaching match fitness with 4 games to go , says it all. Availability is the best Ability . He has a TERRIBLE INJURY record at Arsenal.
On top of the 2 red cards that should have been this week, Harry Kane should have been sent off for a deliberate elbow in to Gabriel's throat in the home leg of the CL QF. Not a single one of them even got a yellow card.
Good afternoon gentlemen and I loved the show my God we could have scored 10 a wonderful performance I remember when we got beat 6.0 on Wengers anniversary Iam 66 years of age and I can't wait another 20 years because I will either be dead or gaga sitting in a wheelchair next to a geriatric spurs fan iam so bloody happy and it was an amazing captains performance
Actually rewatching and within 20 mins Chelsea have 3 or 4 nearly moments 😢. Before that was us going on to then lose 5 nil. ❤. The Force is getting stronger with us 🤺
Is James (Gunnerblog) sober and out of the bathroom yet?
To the guy who hates goodly mornings:
GET INNN!!!
That Jackson miss and Reddit Chelsea fan live meltdown are gonna become a core memory of mine.
Which miss lol. Some thought finding the side net from 2 yards out I thought the header he decided not to head was the highlight 🖐. Attempting a Maradona moment but didn't realise you do that when you can't actually get your head to it.
lmao comedy gold
Reddit is a cesspit in general but football Reddit is an abhorrent shitshow of burning plastic.
And that's ME saying that (I'm a cunt).
if we win da league, imma tell my
kids i listened to da arseblog arsecast.
GOODLY MORNING!
And the 20th of May will be a Godly morning !
I would have loved to hear more about the midfield trio. What do you think about Partey's future? etc.
😂😂😂🎉🎉😊
This run in still makes me nervous. We have to stay resolute against Spurs and get that job done. Then its really down to the United game.
Goodly fucking morning!
Can you get Paul Burrell. The old Arsenal Stadium announcer
Martinelli scored 2 goals like this when he came on against Palace in January.
I'm missing Que Golazo Trossard already 😆
Goodly fucking morning lads! 🔴⚪
Goodly goodly goodly fucking morning lads
What’s crazy is all other forwards including the best of them, make those mistakes and miss chances but fans tend to dwell on it when it is Havertz. When it is Haaland, Saka, or Martinelli, you do not hear much about it.
Havertz gets his head to the ball raththan heading it. Not much use at corners but knock ons are handy. Think he scored quite a few before us but my vision of him pate runs like Deli Ali at back post hasn't materialised yet.
Hair shaming?
WHAT A DELECTABLE MEDLEY OF FOOTBALLING SPLENDOURRRR !
That was so nice and the pod is the panacea for the day after. Bigup Arseblog.
I absolutely do not accept this Cucerrela slander😂😂
Accept it, and move on!
???? He's shite!!
Reaction? Happy… very happy! 😀
A very average Chelsea side!
Stops what he’s doing and clicks PLAY.
🖐🦻🦻🖐 🧻
🖐🦻🦻🖐. Kai flushed em.
