girl so glad you noticed the etude house fixing tint not making the lips super dry cuz my lips are dry af too and most of the lippies when they wear off tend to make my lips crusty so I tend to bring my lip balm with me but the etude one is just sooo good , it never makes my lips dry , I am even gonna say it makes my lips super hydrated and keeps my lips soft and plump as it wears off and I noticed a couple of times when I applied it over crusty lips ( did not exfoliate my lips before ) but the etude one as it wore off , it made my lips soft and "presentable" again ? like I don't know how else to say it but love it!
The Etude House tint is a true OG gem! My current fav lip combo is the Etude Dear Darling Water Gel Tint (RD305) + the Essence Extreme Shine Lipgloss! I always get compliments when I wear it. I’ll try the sweet potato red shade, it looked so nice! Consider me influenced 😍✨

A'PIEU Juicy-Pang Tint has been a favorite of mine for a while… it is advertised as “A high moisture lip tint that gives vivid color payoff with glass bead-like glossy finish.” And as having a “Lightweight texture with high adherence on lips that lasts long.” It works on my dry lips!
Kinda glad you opened my eyes to simple retro, everything is so cute and some items are jaw dropping. Definitely gonna have to make an order, rip my wallet, but my closet will be happy i think
In my experience Etude Dear Darling Tint is not great if you have very dry lips prone to cracking/dry skin parches. The tint settles in the cracks and also stays better on less dry skin of the lips, making it quite patchy :( I did find it works much better as blush though!

I have a few juicy lasting tints, but the colours they offered at the time weren't the best on me :( think I'll have to try bare vine because you looked lovely in that shade!! These are a bit too bright/too beige so I've resorted to the franken method hahah Another matte is Peripera ink velvet in #27 strawberry nude, I've emptied this and would defo repurchase 💗 For glossy formulas I'm loving the Lilybyred bloody liar coating tint in #14 bitter podo bubble gum! you might enjoy this one 🫶 Also the Romand one you have in mauve moon is a gorgeous pink but wears off quickly on me 😭 really into that shade at the moment too though!! Been using all these with the Colorgram lip liner in 02 cool pink 🥰

@@LucyLivinYT Yea, I only put the tiniest amount of Rose Blending but it still lasts well throughout the day 🌟 and I'm not a big fan of the airy velvets, but original ink velvets aren't as drying on me somehow 🤔 love using them as blush too!! Ahh I was convinced to try Lilybyred when you mentioned the Glassy Layering tint before!! But for some reason I went rogue and got a different colour than you haha (think it was muscat shower instead of rosy nude?) it's still a pretty colour but since I usually reach for a more pinky lip I should've gone with rosy nude 🥲 the Coating tint feels kinda different, a little bit more creamy and thicker! Doing investigations on cosmetics is so much fun, I enjoy seeing everyone's results😭 I know you could come up with entertaining video ideas with products you already have too!! 💕
my personal favorite is the cologram fruity tint in the shade persimmon, mostly because that shade is perfect for my lips:) i feel like the etude water tints are not made equal, i have the cherry and strawberry one & the strawberry leaves a way more even tint, cherry gives me that lovely butthole effect. they both do very well on the cheeks tho!

I'm also a dty girlie and I like rom&nd but it never quite lives up to the hype for me I always start to find them quite drying. They are quite underrated but the Lilybyred Bloody Liar Coating Tint and the Amuse Dew Tints are both my holy grails. Amuse is more on the glossy side and the lilybyred is more matte but not drying! Not a tint but the Rom&nd glasting melting balms is the one lip product from them is worth the hype.
if anyone is looking for that benetint style lip tint but better check out sushyglow cosmetics! fresabeauty also has a different thicker formula and they both will basically stay on forever! plus they're both small women owned businesses!
Ive had many PeriPera lip tints since 2013 and they have ALWAYS done the crusty lip crack thing! this might be my last purchase from them (even if they are nostalgic for me)

I got exactly the same effect as you :D colours are amazing but the results... meh :D maybe I need to prepare my lips properly, e.g. peeling, etc. I don't know :D too much effort for such a meh result.
