She is so gorgeous, Dick Cavett said it was hard to keep from getting flustered during the interview. It's funny to think that when she first appeared on the scene she was criticized for her unconventional looks, her big mouth, her big hips. A timeless classy beauty.
Sophia speaks with such amazing, quiet grace. Humility. Thoughtfulness. And it is not phony. There is far more there than other "movie stars" or starlets. It's not because she's Italian, and it's not because of her particular era. She is unique.
Some voices speaking English as a second language are like velvet. La Loren has one such voice. Enchanting to listen to. Una bellezza straordinaria anche nella cadenza e il tono della sua voce.
Only started watching Dick Cavette interviews over the last couple of months and I must say although I've enjoyed some of our interviewer's over the years (here in the UK)he really is the best I've seen. He makes everyone he talks to so relaxed and they say things, that possibly they wouldn't have done on another show. Wished I'd been able to watch them at the height of his career, but it's nice they are on here.
I'll say it again. God bless Dick Cavett! He left us a rich legacy of interviews with actors, writers, directors, comedians, artists and musicians. Insightful dialogues and stories from la crème de la crème of the arts. Sophia's wit and intelligence almost outshone her beauty. Almost.
Dick Cavett is of course very fascinated with Garbo. So he will have enjoyed this angle of the conversation. I saw him talking about the time he would hang around Garbo's neighbourhood hoping to have a passing chat, and sort of , almost' did one time. But Garbo went on her way ..
I have nothing against the other celebs that were on this show but is this channel ever going to show the Dick Cavett shows where he interviews Jackie Gleason or Art Carney? How about any Honeymooners actors that were part of the main cast? These are rarities much like the other Dick Cavett interviews
The men were playing with me. He was waiting for his girlfriend. I was being dehumanized. By phalanxes of entourages terrorizing me on the streets. I was crippled up for a month. Couldnt walk.
Sophia pushed me out the door of Stroudsburg woman center i was adking for protection. Dont try to cover up. The weirdo was in the bushes on his motorcycle. You deserve a slap on those precious cheekbones for handing me over to my sociopath.
He probably phoned you. This was befote things escalated to the point where my whole face was busted on my windowsill. Causing the loss of my front teeth. Since my bottom teeth were pushed into my upper gum. My nose was busted. I have the picture to remind me what Hollywood is.
She speaks beautifully with so much calmness n so softly. It's a pleasure to watch her talk.
Jawlines that can cut glass, cheekbones on point! natural pouty lips, symmetric nose, Expressive eyes! What a beautiful face!!! 😍
VERY BEAUTIFUL!
Her cheek bones are god like..she looks likes a feline..to mate with women like this would be the ultimate heaven.
Very honest n humble about herself n her family. She had a great support of her mother.

Well I know two men who don't find her attractive. My dad, (same era as her) and my husband.
@@harrodsfan ils sont dysfonctionnelles🤣
No other star was or is like her. She is a unique beauty n brain!
Well you can look at Loni Anderson. She mostly played dumb blonde rolls but rumor had it where hers was even higher than Einstein's.

i do think it has to do with being italian
Definitely to do with being Italian they are grounded unlike the west
I sense Sophia to be quite intelligent, and deep soul ...real human being ☺
What a captivating woman , they don't make me like that anymore
She is beautiful.
OMG she was absolutely beautiful and so well spoken!

What a woman, what a voice
She is hands down the most beautiful movie star. Her easy and uncontrived sensuality and lack of self consciousness is so alluring.

Classy lady...
Sophia invented the first natural Botox
Just the way she talks a bit and her face reminds my slightly of candice swanepoel
Goddess

Could you elaborate?! What an alarming story! Are you sure it was her?
