Ube Chiffon Cake

Ube chiffon cake is a beautiful and delicious cake to make. It has such a unique taste, especially since you can add in your own flavoring. I recommend changing the resolution to 4k for a better viewing experience. :)
Ingredients:
4 eggs
60g / 1/3 cup oil
60 g / 1/2 cup low gluten flour
45g / 3 tbsp water
10g / a splash vinegar
50g / 1/4 cup sugar - add slowly
bake 1 hour at 300°F / 150°C
