I love how the title of the video is "when corrupt cops realize they ended their careers", but yet 80% of these ended with them getting a slap on the wrist and keeping their job.
Because they have immunity from prosecution which needs to be changed but the title should of said these are cases that should have ended their careers
@Geminicricketi obviously it differs by state but I know in NY I can think of 2 situations where that could happen and be legit. 1 a MHA is occurring and that is resisted. 2. The person is being brought in on a warrant that isn't an arrest warrant like a bench warrant or a family court warrant. A good amount are just filed in bad faith for various reasons but still is possible to have that be the result legitimately
you can be arrested for resisting with no other charges if they’re detaining you and you resist that in any way. i watch a lot of these body cam videos and it’s crazy.

How does a police officer get caught planting drugs on an innocent man and not have charges brought against him? There’s something fundamentally wrong with policing in this country.
The answer is absolutely simple. Most cops are part of the fraternal order of police and/or freemasonry. They swear an oath to protect each other even if they are in the wrong. That cop had all the connections.
Right and then where did he get the weed from so he really should’ve got charged and even if it was from another case and he had it with him I’m pretty sure that tampering with evidence
Me and my boyfriend were once hit in a hit and run. We got the plate number and called 911 right away, and the woman who hit us was brought to the scene. Cops laughed and joked with her, while not allowing us to record the proof of the accident on her vehicle. Then they told us that we were trying to commit insurance fraud and that no report would be filed on the accident. Obviously they knew the woman, and no matter how much proof we had (911 call, medical records from our injuries, damage on the vehicles, etc) they claimed for 2 years there was no wrongdoing. They erased the evidence any crime had ever been committed from their records also. So corrupt and stupid.
Nahhh, here we need to make a correction: they are corrupt and we (citizens) are stupid. We've been stupid for decades and today we can't do nothing to stop being stupid and considered a herd of beasts!🤣 And beasts have no human rights!🤣
From a family of cops. Had the same thing happen to me. Drunk driver hit and run. Washed down to a minor traffic offence. Found out later through subtle inquiries that the female driver was a very senior cop's daughter. I also must have made an impression on the local cops because the next time I called them for somebody having broken my car door in order to unsuccessfully steal it, I had two uniformed idiots attend and accuse me of damaging my car as part of an insurance fraud. I will NEVER trust the pigs.
Same thing happened to my mom and brother but they documented as much as physically possible and thankfully a lady was watering her garden and saw it all happen. My mom and bro brought the cops to court. 3.5k in pocket each after fees and all that. Not much, but enough to hopefully make sure it doesn’t happen again from that officer and/or department. That happened when i didn’t have my license and now that i do, I have always had a dash cam on my car.
I wonder what their training officer makes of the pigs behaviour? The fact they operate outside the law is a big concern and They must be sacked. Never to work as cops ever.
Good work officer. Planting the weed has not only brought this case into question but also every arrest you have ever made potentially freeing dangerous people. Good work
Jamal’s face broke my heart. The fear in his eyes was so real and painful. Shame on all these officers. Vile. Despicable. One day, they will have to answer for this, if not this life, the next.
Nah, just a normal day for the police. Shame? They don't know the meaning of that word. Hence, alway - without any exceptions, record every interaction with the police. Let me repeat it: Always. Especially in this age, where mobile phones are common. There is no excuse not to do it. Every word, every body movement, has to be recorded. And if they come to your house? The same. Record everything, and every word. No exceptions there.

I live in a small town. We have the best cops I've ever met. When I see these city cops absolutely destroying citizens lives, it makes me furious! I think it would be better if it were possible that cops get highly trained and paid extremely well, with term limits. Cops get desensitized and corrupted over time. Power corrupts people. Oh! I think cops should have to watch a documentary about the "Stanford Prison Experiment" too. 😊 It explains a lot of the psychology concerning power going to people's heads...

I just don't get this. America is a high crime society. You Yanks blow each other away with guns on a daily basis. European cops are not like this. But US cops are scared you're all carrying loaded guns waiting to use them against the cops. Anyhow cops are scared. The whole country is armed. It's like a wild west movie, almost. Since the cops are scared and some cops are poorly trained and yet other cops are just bullies, it's best to obey them. You yanks are serious. You have your laws and you stick to them. In other countries the cop may turn a blind eye, and let you go, in the US they'll get you for a minor issue. But America is full of Americans. You guys know each other. So how come, you don't know that resisting arrest will get you in trouble. Your police don't give up if you refuse to get out of the car. So get out of the car. Be polite. Obey them. The one dude for example already had a criminal history, he had a probation officer. I mean - really? So he knew already how to deal with the police. So why was he resisting. If a cop says get out, you get out. Then if you want, you sue them. That's how to improve police behaviour. Sue them. But until that time, you obey the police. Resisting police even if you're innocent is a crime. This is not a movie. Stop resisting, and afterwards sue.
I don't trust anyone that is legally allowed to lie to me while also in a position of authority like they are. I can accept one or the other, but not both. Regular person? Sure, they are literally allowed to lie except as it concerns specific criminal/illegal activity(fraud and the like). The guys working the desk in city hall? They have authority over handling important things, but they can't lie to me about anything(legally). Cops? They can lie and arrest you. I literally cannot trust them when they are explicitly allowed and even encouraged to lie to me and I've observed first hand they basically do it casually because its a learned habit. You can never tell if they just want help from you as a witness or if they are trying to pin something on you. The well is thoroughly poisoned by this rule.
Yep they do it on purpose. They will assault or hurt you, knowing it's normal human reaction to move when that happens. Then they claim resisting. Resisting arrest shouldn't even be a law. Its ridiculous and serves no purpose.
I've been slightly obsessed with watching these sort of videos lately but this is the first one I couldn't actually stomach and switched it off. The fact that these officers got away with actually planting evidence on camera and the poor guy had to fight for two years just to get it dropped makes me sick. The guy who visibly planted that weed shoud have been fired immediately and instead he still went on to terrorise god knows how many people. Truly unreal.
The two black troopers were.way out of line! Unreal. Hard to watch these officers ruin things for.all officers who truly protect, serve, and don't want to push their weight around behind a badge.
30:41 no charges were brought on the officers??? That is absolutely unbelievable and extremely frustrating. They’re literally on camera planting drugs on innocent people and they’re not charged with anything? How?

That officer (Kyle Erickson)was allowed to retire. The DA said he did nothing wrong. A little over a year ago the feds started an investigation into this incident. He also reportedly was involved in drug seizure discrepancies.
If the cops would be held responsible for their actions, This crap would stop! They have the mentality that they can do anything they want do and noone can do anything!
The guy with the sign saying "Speed camera ahead" is an absolute legend. Gets harrased, gets his sign taken, says hes going to make a new sign and flips them off before he leaves 😂😂 Got paid 50gs LEGEND
Honestly, those police officers should also be charged with theft. They stole and destroyed his property, if i walk in to a wallmart and take some of their stuff and destroy it, i bet i would be charged with that.
All speed cameras should be outlawed. I know it is "civil" and not "criminal", but I still see this as a 'due process' issue. If my daughter accidentally speeds 4 over, and you physically do nit pull her over, I have a problem if you mail ME (the car owner) the ticket.

@@mattalbrecht7471 I agree totally, the whole "You are the owner of this car, you get the fine and then YOU must try and get the one you loaned the car to, to actually pay the fine" is silly. This also applies if they actually stop someone in your car. If your neighbor or brother borrows the car and is stopped with above 2.0 blood alcohol level or if they drive 100% above the speedlimit, your car will be seized, even though you were not the driver. Back in 2000 the cops were raiding several houses picking up people for indictments. At about 4am my relative came over to my house. He comes inside, we roll up a blunt, then head back outside. Open the door and the police were walking up 20 deep; 10 on either side. They were about to raid my house looking for my brother (he didn't live with me and they had no warrant). The Captain approached us, took the blunt from my hand and lit it in front of our faces. He then proceeds to take a hard pull and blow the smoke in our faces. So why did I flip so hard? The friend was the most straight edge guy I knew, literally, actively disliked stoners, refused to ever drink because alcoholism was in his family, and didn't even smoke cigarettes. The idea that his truck smelled like weed was a flat out lie 100%. When the cop tried to say THAT guy's truck had a major smell of marijuana I knew we were dealing with a completely corrupt cop straight up and down and I lost all fear to act out. Still, as nice as it would have been for that guy to take a charge, it wouldn't be fair for it to happen to cops just doing their job who smell weed that was previously smoked on people. They're not lying in that case and have every reason to think you have it. A better question might be why weed is so illegal in the first place while alcohol, a much more dangerous drug, is perfectly legal.
The mental gymnastics. “He KNEW we would freak out and arrest him like the freaks we are, that’s why he went and stood out there and MADE someone call the cops on him in the first place!”

I was falsely accused 4 times by Lansdale PA Police, including a false arrest. Sgt Amanda North of Lansdale Police mailed me a letter informing me of my arrest. She charged me based on an accusation by my next door neighbor, Scott Gribling, who is a convicted criminal. However all I did was have a sign up that he didn't like that was totally protected by Freedom of Speech. Even worse, she had no reason to think it was a crime because she accused me of exactly the same thing 3 years before and the charges were dropped, but she still arrested me with no investigation of what I had to say at all. I could have reminded her that she charged me before and it wasn't a crime. She even identified the wrong vehicle in the Affidavit of Probable Cause, but Lansdale Police didn't think she should be charged with unsworn falsification to authorities. Smh!
How are these cops not charged and convicted when there is clear video footage of planting "evidence"? And how does a pedo cop end up with only 12 years in prison?

All while complimenting us for having good smoke and questioning me about my brother's whereabouts.
Cameras are now exposing their dirty deeds, and rectifying things they've gotten away with.

They smelled marijuana and he was resisting arrest, they had no choice!!
God I hate US Cops
Azaleas can smell like weed... "I was just gardening, officer!"
I don't think so actually, as much as I've come to distrust corrupt cops. I smell weed any time someone gets in my car who has previously smoked in a closed environment, even if they're not carrying it.
So it's very possible to smell it without someone possessing it. That said, it's a major issue that there's no way to determine if they actually smell it so some cops can indeed just lie.
Way back when I was about 19 I looked kind of like a stoner and was with a friend who did too. A cop claimed his truck smelled like weed and I basically completely lost it, 0 to 100, cooperative to belligerent, screaming at the cop, even getting his face and asking him to say it again with eye contact so I can see what a bold faced liar looks like. We almost honestly fought and he probably would have put hands on me if he didn't know I was absolutely right. Then when he said everything was cool he tried to leave, still taking my friend's box cutter he illegally seized which he had a right to carry for work. I went after the cop and made him give that back too while berating him haha. Needlessly to say cops didn't like me for years and I had a target on my back due to run ins like this.
Or maybe the smell of marijuana just shouldn't be considered reasonable suspicion...
I hate that qualified immunity exists. It should be double the sentence for public servants.

She even identified the wrong vehicle in the Affidavit of Probable Cause, but Lansdale Police didn't think she should be charged with unsworn falsification to authorities. Smh!
😮😮😮
I mean how is this possible just HOW????????
Get an attorney and sue the shit out of them
@@pinkyhotmessx69 I do have a federal lawsuit!
@@abdullaahiahmed8924 I know right! That's why I'm suing!
How are these cops not charged and convicted when there is clear video footage of planting "evidence"? And how does a pedo cop end up with only 12 years in prison?
They investigate themselves and find no wrong doing. WILD
Its disgusting ! Whats worse is when they have zero evidence against a good cop yet manage to get him 263 years. Go figure. Look into the last one on here, The Holtzclaw case if your interested in the truth.. He is proven to be innocent even on video footage but it all went down during the BLM movement so the cops attacked him to make it look like they werent being biased.. He was an outstanding cop completely innocent but like you said, An animal , child molesterer , proven, gets a slap on his limp wrist. CRAZY!
Sadly I was happy with the 12 years, that is a rare outcome.
AMERICA 🇺🇲🇺🇲🏈🦅🦅🦅
@@nevyn_karres true. 12 years is quite a large sentence for pedo charges, most the time rapists only get 3-6 years at most
No charges against the cops.Tell me that's justice
Jamal looks soo scared!!!, I can’t continue to watch this! It’s traumatizing as heck!
Same here
Please dont ignore. Make complaints and keep sharing these videos. We need to make citizens aware of their rights and how to make police accountable for bad and illegal acts.
IT SHOULD BE FUCKING INFURIATING, UNLESS YOU ARE THE COWARD THAT GIVES THESE TYRANTS THEIR DELUSIONS OF POWER...
that one was definitely racism
"TELL ME WHY AM I BEING KIDNAPPED"
Cop: "we'll figure it out, ill let you know "
That's why they ask you, do you know why I pulled you over? Because they don't know 🙈
@@LEK-we2hhYep. That’s why in California as of January of this year the pigs have to explain to you why you’re being pulled over. They’re not allowed to ask you anymore.
Sergeant Pullease’s behavior to the suspect AND the young cop proves he was a bad cop his whole 20 year career; he just got away with it before body cameras.
Makes you wonder how many lives he ruined.

"Wanna take off your duty belt?" LoL!
You shouldn't be charged resisting arrest if you're later free of any charges.
It should be a supplement to a crime, not a standalone crime.
Jamal's story is absolutely ridiculous!! Those cops were jokers, but of course they got away with kidnapping him! So darn sad, that man deserved some justice!!
#justiceforjamal
Ur ridiculous
@@MitchellCarbone and you're clearly a troll!!
It’s sad they got away with treating Jamal so heinously and didn’t even get a fricking reprimand! Double ridiculous the court threw out his civil suit.
Research the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department then you’ll understand why they got away with it. They get away with everything.
These videos brake my heart. Knowing that this is the world we live in is so disappointing and just sad. Cops are not being held accountable, planting stuff like in the movies, except there's no movie being made. Treating people like criminals for the color of their skin after so many years of people fighting for equality.
Well, its not like this in most countries luckely. USA, yes for sure.
Live in south africa you'll see what corrupted cops look like😂😂😂😂
This is great video because i have watched most of the corruption by police videos but almost none included the outcomes. Thank you for the post.
It's not about the laws being implied anymore, at this point they can just arrest whoever they want based on whatever they can come up with.
Yup and they never are accountable violating innocent peoples rights.
No they cant, if they do that you can take them to court and get some $$$,
@@Life-qo2uj The ones planting evidence got no punishment. They did it more than once too. That was the times they got caught doing it. How many lives do you think they ruined who will never see justice because it wasn't on camera?
Patrick had to fight for years to get a measly 75k payout for the abuse he suffered and for nearly having his whole life destroyed by those cops. If you get something, it's after years of fighting and not nearly enough to make up for it - plus the lawyer's cut. And that's if you are lucky enough to have a lawyer willing to make an enemy of the local police and work on contingency.
The majority of people abused by the police get nothing, like Jamal, and those who do, it doesn't make up for what they went through, like Patrick.
@@Life-qo2uj You really out here talking this bs…? Officers recieve no repercussions MOST of the time and that money comes from tax payers. They don’t pay that money. Bootlicking is embarrassing
@@Life-qo2ujif you dont go in front of a crooked judge

Never talk to the cops. They are not your friend. Just keep silent. Don't shake their hand, don't answer yes or no, just say absolutely nothing.
No thx I think I’ll be nice to them cuz they help us and have a hard job that takes brave people. And they are my friends. If you break the laws Ofcourse you won’t like them 😂
@@Dr.RoseDB what a moron, lol. cops are still people and can be just as good or just as awful as anyone else.

Unless I'm essentially forced to talk them I just ignore them altogether.
In that first example, let alone the cop not knowing the law, the shop owner also doesnt understand property line jurisdiction and hes a fucking BUSINESS OWNER. When a cop told him they legally cant do anything, he SCOFFED.
What a punk ass coward.
