Well someone who jas actually understood what Digital transformation means , else most of the time digital transformation most of the times just means jump deeper into new technologies ..and the one constant I always hear blockchain , crypto and jumping into cloud

What you are advocating is nothing new. A good business management system will deliver the same the only difference is the data decision makers now have live data to help them make better decisions. They would be better of focusing on their quality of the products and services and their Brand Management. Good leaders make there decisions by getting involved in their business from top to bottom.
You're absolutely correct if the business doesn't wish to transform. If they do however, good business management systems and brand management won't cut the mustard.
