Pedro. Their customer service. Is that good? I’m a little customer service sensitive right now. As one of the companies I’m dealing with their Customer Service is extremely poor
I have about 50 miles now, on my Lectric ONE. I really like this e-bike, but I have one major complaint. There is no proportional control to the motor! When using the throttle lever, or when pedaling, the motor control is either at 0% or 100%. In South Florida, on flat terrain, in PAS1, I basically have to throttle, or pedal, at 9 mph. In PAS2 I basically have to throttle, or pedal, at 15 mph. In PAS2, to drive the e-bike at 13 mph, I have to pedal, then coast, then pedal some more. I think the motor control algorithm could be improved, integrating the proportional motor power up and down, based on the pedal cadence, and the current speed.
Awesome customer service.
Very nice paint work!
Lectric has very good support for sure
Love the sunset!
Love the tech in that bike
Great bike Gary. Love the new lift.
I would cover that giant Lectric advertisement.

Glad they’re cool about the mods. Should have a nice smooth ride when you’re done!
PURPLE!!!!!
Customer service is key!
SKILLS!
Looking forward to your mods. Will you be doing all 3 you mentioned in the video in the future? (extra battery, suspension fork, handlebars)
Yes, I will
What is sad is I've only been able to ride my e-bike once, maybe twice this year. I've been too busy to pull it out.
@@m3rdpwr I hear about being busy
Sir, may I ask for a durable long travel front suspension for the Lectric XPedition? maybe the auspenaion for rhis will work too? thank you!
I actually put a suspension fork on an XPedition it was a long time ago. It’s a pretty crappy video, but it is out there.
@GarysE-BikeAdventures thank you!

👍
I think maybe get wrapped lol!!
Too expensive, I can paint it for nothing😂
They need to put a lock on a throttle where you can lock it. Or unlock it.
Why do companies make so many black bikes!!!
Olive drab
Pinion trans are expensive, I wonder if this is a Chinese knock-off instead of the genuine German one. Would explain its affordability.
They explained to me that they bought the largest order pinion has ever taken to get it at that price
