As editor, when edit a photo, for Real Estate for example, must have colors as much like on real scene. What method do you use to have real color, not "good" colors...as in commercial food for example

Food photo's never show real color indeed 🤣 .... To get more real colors, you need to balance it (eg. the whites and neutral grays). Also having a colorchecker/references in your photo can help you to find the most "natural" colors.
I believe however there is no thing as real color.. first, everybody perceives color differently (2 persons could be standing next to each other but because the light falls different from their position, their perception can differ)... secondly without a reference we perceive color on how we think it should be, eg a slighty yellow tinted white ceiling will feel white until we put a white piece of paper next to it...then it suddenly becomes more of a yellow color.. but also the time of day/season etc has impact on this. (the same space on a sunny day and rainy day will look completely different)
And finally on this topic, the "message" of the photo is much more important (and the colors should match that message imho)...
With the example of real estate, where you probably have a series of photos (from the same real estate), you will need to make sure the colors are consistent. A brown kitchen should not look orange in a different photo.. but also it should match with the video color (if used)... and probably there are much more things you need to consider..
      Thank you.
