The Adventures of Oliver Twist (1987) - English Dub

A very odd and occasionally creepy Mexican animated adaptation of the Charles Dickens book I have very vivid memories of watching constantly as a small child. The nightmare sequence with the Evil Dead-reminscent trees is something to behold.
Directed by Fernando Ruiz with his studio Mundo Aminado in 1987, this English dub was recorded and produced by Eco Studios who were based in Cardiff. I could not find any information on the studio or any of the voice actors' names online unfortunately. And was retitled to "Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist".
This is a rip from my VHS copy with the very beginning and ending spliced in from an upload of the VHS opening of the film.

My grandparents used to have this on VHS. I always thought it was cute that Oscarine had a crush on Nancy! He was a great new addition to the story!
