Our primary focus remains on locating Duke's vehicle, a key piece in this intricate puzzle. We believe that if we find his car, we'll find him. The last known signal from Duke's cell phone was near the Steamboat Slough Bridge, guiding our search efforts to this specific area. The waters here are deep and hold many secrets, possibly even the answers to Duke's mysterious disappearance.
📍 The Challenge of Numerous Submerged Vehicles
Over the first two days, our search has been both revealing and challenging. We've discovered an astonishing number of vehicles submerged in the vicinity where we expected to find none - 10 on the first day and an additional 9 on the second. Each vehicle we uncover adds complexity to our mission, as we meticulously investigate each one to determine if it could be Duke's Chevy Cruze.

On this third day, our efforts have intensified. We've encountered several vehicles that initially raised our hopes, including a white car buried in mud and silt and another intriguing target in the center of the slough. Our team has been navigating the challenging tidal conditions of the Sacramento River, timing our dives to coincide with the tides for maximum safety and effectiveness.

Our exploration today led us to dive on a promising white vehicle, only to discover it was not Duke's Chevy Cruze but a Chevy Malibu with a different license plate. Despite this, we remain undeterred. We continue to utilize advanced sonar technology, combing through the waters, determined to find any trace of Duke or his vehicle.

We all have done stupid stuff at 16. Frankly, I don't think it is true but assuming he had a stupid moment, should we ruined as an adult for it? NO The people who did not stand-by in the beginning were not his friends to begin with. He is better off without them.

I know what goes through the mind of a person who suffers with a mental illness, I've lost my loved ones my mum died not so long ago but I'm strong and going into the local river IS NOT an option no thanks that would take guts and alot of pain. It takes guts to live your life, so be strong. You are never alone. There is always a way out, never give up.. Jared and team and any search and rescue fair game it also takes guts to dive into a murky river, so take care folks and good luck 👍
It's also a blessing that Duke is with his mom now and he is not alone.
@Gangstalkingweirdos I agree, I myself are a long time sufferer of depression and I've lost both my parents, my mum not so long ago and my nan, they've all been hard to deal with but especially my nan as we were very close.. I don't know how I'd cope if I lost any of my kids or grandbabbies, I dread to think.. I want to go before any of them. I don't drive but if I did I couldn't go like these poor people do, I suppose tbh we don't know where our brains would work in situations they are in... sending love and strength to everyone who is or maybe will be in a bad place mentally xx

after watching your videos it brings me back to all my years doing rescue in east Tn, and all my commercial diving work, between those two "professions" i learned a few tricks doing inspections ... a clear bag filled with clear water, sometimes its difficult to get it down to the bottom (high current sticks and snags etc) however with the bag you can place it on say a license plate in turbid murky water and actually see it quite well, you guys know what your doing and are true professionals ive just not seen you use that trick in your videos... maybe it will help

Thank you for all you do for the families and friends that have lost love ones and thank you for the hope you give them that someone still cares for them. Losing a love one is bad enough, not knowing what happened to their love one is even worse.
If you have time, could you explain more about gearing up. Such as how long does it take to gear up, what are the preparations required to get your gear ready and all the safety guidelines that must be followed? I am totally unaware of any of these things and I am one of those people that cannot swim and have a fear of water. What goes through your mind as you go down? Have you had any bad experience such as floating logs underwater? Thanks again Jared for bringing an unknown world to your viewers.

Jared you guys need to go back to this case i have such a strong feeling you guys were close....In some of the past videos of missing people found by AWP there were eerie signs marking the spot they were found. Like the balloons on shore directly in line with the missing individuals car..... In none of the other searches have you guys seen this many targets of the same brand specifically chevy in this vehicle. ... I feel so strongly that this is a sign telling you that your getting closer don't stop.

Jared I'm sure that line on the logs is ment to be on the logs,marked,some people pull these logs out because they are worth more than regular lumber,once cut they can be beautiful and they will not rot like other timber,great for making tables and things out of it!!

Great words spoken on looking out for other people you know or just come in contact with. Q do you run an extra regulator ,your suit or BC off the pony bottle.? Glad you show a lot of the diving prep stuff as you know someone is going to copy. . Some think diving in the first 33ft is less dangerous but it's not.. Here in Searcy, Arkansas, A Jarrod Green was last seen September 30 of 1994. He's been missing for almost 30 years. There is a news article about his disappearance. And a Facebook page with over 2,000 active people working to solve it. We have a river that cuts through our city and multiple bodies of water. Would this be worth the look?

Sad people dump vehicles in rivers .
In lived in Montana, the rivers were full of cars people dumped in 1950. Those idiots dumped everything in the river, including toxic chemicals.

My neighbor 2 doors from me has a Chevy Cruz with the exact same dent. But his is silver and he has been living here for about 7+ years and in Florida.

I'm a member!! I can't wait until a new video comes out. This is my favorite RUclips out there. But I have to say that that one tone music (chilling music) that was playing when you were getting dressed and going out to the water was so annoying. Oh please stop that!! We had to turn it down.
I just thought I'd point out, the RSX at the end is actually an Acura model, 2 door sports coupe.
I hope someday Duke is found and his siblings will get their answers.

The Rsx is actually a Acura but those rims are from a Honda Accord
I have been following you for a while, I live in Sac so this was close, so close that found out my brother Robert works with the tow company that is going out there today to help you get those cars. This one is really crazy because that plate you pulled had a plate frame from performance chevy, I used to work there for 30 some years so just wanted to say hi and let you know this one was a good one. Keep up the amazing work, and I also love the glass breaker I bought a while ago, hope I never need it but I have them in all my vehicles.
It's great that people are out there finding these missing people, but I'm kinda puzzled why none of them get something like a FiFiSH v6 ROV SUBMARiNE to help aid in the search.

You need to start an app where you list the locations and types of vehicles you find that are missing. Open it to other teams. It may open up a whole new network for people to look for missing folks and cars.

Im just curious. At this point when you find vehicles that Arent the target of the investigation are you guys still pulling them out of the water? Or do you guys write the coordinates and send another team to remove them so you can continue your search? I love that you are finding people and helping families with closure but i really love believing you are also removing that huge source of pollution from the water every time.
Local authorities are provided with the details. AWP is not always given an update once they leave the area.

Just because you saw crosses doesn’t mean that’s not the car. How do you know that they didn’t pull the car out and he is in that spot and that’s why everyone’s overlooking it

Mybe because of the strong current.
@@beatricezingg6494 , I believe there will be moments that this is the case, but also moments when this can easily be used.
This RC submarine can really handle some tough conditions. It's even used by coast guard on the sea.

I think your government should pull them all out that way it makes it easier to find lost people as well. They might find some really old cold cases
You guys should come to the beaver and Ohio river in freedom Pennsylvania and New Brighton Pennsylvania and check these rivers all the way to Pittsburgh out of curiosity ya never know

What i dont get is, why do the authorities leave all those cars in the river ? Some were dove on and checked but then they leave it? Shouldnt they just recover them all when they are recoverable because of potential thefts, murders and of course the environment !?
