    After I blocked the Narc from my life, I have not seen nor heard from him since. It’s like he has disappeared from the face of the earth.

    Narcissist no longer have any control or power over you when you do your inner childhood trauma healing.. Once you address your guilt, shame, abandonment , self esteem, self respect concerns validating yourself not looking for their proof of your worth , it's a wrap for the Narcissist.. ❤

    A truly inspirational and resonating podcast. However, if you're dealing with a malignant narcissist be careful. They can become more aggressive and violent. I have found that by Grey
    Rocking, over time, it does
    de-escalate their actions and violent rages. You must continue on your own journey to heal while being aware and remain vigilant for your protection and safety. God is Good!

    Your point on the cell phone use hits right on my narcissist ex always projecting on me; he always said my phone was my "security blanket" and initially I made sure to make an effort to be on it less, and then I realized he was on his phone constantly unlike me. Then I would tell him he's on his phone way more than I was. I look back now and realize just how much he was projecting on me. He has been blocked on everything and I haven't heard a peep from him in four weeks; if he thinks I'm going to cave and contact him, he's once again underestimated me considering he has left me unblocked on everything since the discard and continued to "place nice" since the discard. He deserves all of the karma coming his way.....ALL his own doing!

    • @NarcPedia
      @NarcPedia  Месяц назад +1

      That's a powerful realization! It's amazing how projection works, and recognizing those patterns is such a huge step toward healing. Staying strong and not caving in shows your growth and self-respect. Karma has a way of balancing things out, and you deserve peace. Thanks for sharing your journey!

    I thought this pod cast was one of your best, this exactly resonates with my experience and how I am handling it.
    I am considering changing my number to stop the fake profiles and tracking.
    The more time passes and the knowledge I am gaining, the more resolute I am to protect myself.
    I have a tiny circle of friends that are there for me.
    I am a completely different person now that I have become aware and feel better for it.
    There is still a lot of work to do.
    Onwards and upwards.
    Thank you 🎉

    The narcissist was very mad because I wouldn’t engage in the narcissist social media, the narcissist used this to say, ‘you don’t even look at my social media writings, acting like a child, seeing this behavior was eye opening, and it had nothing to do with the narcissist bad behaviors, and I refused to even entertain any of it. The mask was off, and the narcissist knew it. I said it’s over.

    Some of us have children its difficult to totally block

    • @NarcPedia
      @NarcPedia  День назад

      I completely understand that co-parenting can complicate things. It’s tough to navigate those situations while maintaining boundaries, but prioritizing your well-being is key. One effective strategy is the gray rock method, where you keep interactions as dull and uninteresting as possible. For example, instead of sharing personal feelings or details, you might respond to questions about your day with simple, factual answers like, 'I worked and took care of the kids.' This can help minimize emotional engagement. Thank you for sharing your perspective!

      It’s disheartening to see how some narcissists manipulate social media to maintain a cycle of attention and validation from others. It’s important to recognize these patterns and protect yourself from getting caught up in their game. Thank you for sharing your experience.

    You cant run from narcissists. They are everywhere.
    Interactions with narcissists will strengthen your ability to be unbothered by their bs.
    They are there to strengthen your soul.
    The difficult people are doing the most for you.
    Jesus wants us to love everyone. Especially our enemies because they need it the most.
    The only power a narcissist has over you is what you give to them.
    We only need God. Everything else is a lesson, a blessing, or both.
    Holding onto anger, and hatred will only feed them and hurt you.
    I will always love her and pray for her but God closed that door to protect me.

    I’m free because God broke the hold. I was up each night between 3am-5:30am Praying and God heard. God started giving me visions that were crystal clear, the narcissist got mad, said they lost their wallet and ID, and needed money. I refused and told the narcissist it was over done with. The narcissist wanted to draw this out but I shut down the narcissist tactic of lies, deceit. I took back my energy and power.
