WCW lost a lot of money because they weren't making enough money to compensate for the big contracts they gave out, and he as brought in when WCW was already struggling big time. His booking was still entertaining. As far as Tna goes, there is only so much attraction you can get in front of a small arena with the same fans every single week on tv. People can get bored of watching super quickly. I mean, they went all out bringing in hogan, Bischoff and going live on mondays and failed miserably, and had Hogan suck the money out of the company... That wasn't Russo's fault.
Jeff has had a very rough road but he always respected the wrestling business and the tradition it carries god bless Jeff and his family
