Trends, fashions and conscience change over the years, this generation will buy what they wish, and not be dictated by the traditional “Diamonds are a girls best friend”, or “Diamonds are forever” philosophy of previous generations. Of your five points I completely overlooked the Heirloom Diamond trend; of course this has been ongoing over time, but gradually demand and price for natural will decline by over-supply. Congratulations on 15k. I think moissanite and lab grown color gems are affordable and bigger in size and clarity. There for, as long you are not at lest multi millionaire, its better choice. I don't think natural gems will vanish, just with smaller demand price will drop. :-)
Diamonds will fOllw NATURAL PEARLS......... They will become a niche market and only yhr ultra fine will be valuable and desired by only the few 100 years agp Pearl was King

I'm not a fan of moissanite because it is too soft for everyday wear especially on the hand
