For the floor dance, I think it's just a lot of practice ^^; In the "Making of" video, Jia (the one with pink hair) shows that she has band-aids on her knees, that she hides underneath her thigh-high socks. It's probably because she, too, scraped her knees during practice, and they also serve as knee-pads since band-aids have a very small padding to them.

Awesome job!!! The girls of miss A did mention in an interview that originally they put bandages/knee protection while learning the dance until they figured out how to slide on the floor properly without hurting themselves! Maybe this could help? hehe
