This might be the earliest I’ve made it to a round 2 monthly video😀I think I need that Chevy dually & 67 chevelle. Bring back the big chevies that haven’t seen the light of day in about 5 Decades, mpc 68 impala convertible & mpc 71 Chevy caprice🙏🏽
I picked up both the 55 Nomad and 66 Tasca Mustang and I'm can't wait to build them, however I would really love to have you guys out there could tooll up the 69 Chevy Impala, it's been a long time since it's last reissue. 25:26
When is Round2 going to bring out new kits like the’59 and’60 Buick and Oldsmobiles as well as some early seventies Chevrolets instead of rereleasing older kits?
Only NBS (GMT 800) kits of the 1999-2006 models were done by Revell and monogram, don't think they've been reissued recently. If anyone from RM is watching, this'd be a good thing to look into doing....
With all the new curbside kits lacking parts for engines etc. Why aren't the prices lower for such kits? The odds I'm going to buy a bare bones kit with less parts are nearly 0!!
I would like to see a couple kit's come out. I've been searching for the Chevy 454 and the Dodge Warlock pickup which could be made into a 2in1 kit with the Dodge Little Red Express and many other trucks. I've been seeing more advanced kit's coming out now, level 4-5 which is great. A little more challenging for us if we want. Keep up the good work. Thanks
Love the HO and N scale cars! They should be popular! Also love the Cyclone GT kit, and Jedi TIE fighter. Also love that '71 Mach One in the intro (I'm a Mustang GT/CS guy)... Special thanks to the R2 design dept .for all the cool box art and instructions. Nice!!
So if you can do the Torino Cobra as a 1/64 diecast, how about reissuing the 1/25 kit with the NASCAR option which was never reissued? I also still need the Barris Thunder Charger from the movie "Thunder Alley" and the Meyer's Tow'd, two kits that have never been reissued either PLEASE!
Thanks for the preview video, glad to see the GMT 400 Chevy trucks out again! Will the newly tooled grille retrofit into the original kit bodies? That'd be a whole lot better if it does.....
Awesome showcase guys! I've been wondering when you'd release a new MCACN Johnny lightning set, and I'm definitely not disappointed! Probably my favorite JL set so far this year! Keep up the excellent work over at Round 2! 👍👍
Yes I need this in a crew cab long bed SRW to match my real truck! The only guy in my area that was making conversion pieces has paused his operations.....
Only thing I got to say is I'm not happy with the general Lee not being decal properly. I'm a Mopar guy so I always like to see new Mopar stuff. Would really like to see more newer Dodge and Ram trucks.
From June of 2015: “Warner Bros. Consumer Products has one licensee producing die-cast replicas and vehicle model kits featuring the General Lee with the Confederate flag on its roof - as it was seen in the TV series,” a spokesman for the company said via email. “We have elected to cease the licensing of these product categories.” Translation: While you’ll still be able to buy a T-shirt featuring the General Lee - minus any visible sign of the flag - you won’t be able to buy any new toy cars or model kits with the car, period.
I'm so happy with the Automotive Icons Xtraction release. I hope you make a huge production run of those. Can't wait to get some of those Chargers. And of course the Jeep and Roadrunner also.14:45
Seen some of your upcoming projects on the vendor table at the NNL East show. Looking forward to line up. I like the fact you made the Chevy C3500 dually with the ability to go curbside or put your own engine in it.
Already pickup up the 1500. Really looking forward to the C3500 kit, they haven't hit the stores hear yet. Any chance for the the OBS as a K1500? And options for a GMC grill?
One day, I'd love to see a few new tooled 1st and 2nd Dodge D series trucks, all there seem to be is Ford, Chevy, GMC.... Nice one's, definitely see me getting three of those kits! 👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻
When you repopped the TIE Fighter as a standalone kit, I was PRAYING you'd do a TIE Interceptor with the Snap-Fit's kit's wings modified to fit the TIE Fighter's fuselage!! This is awesome!! Only thing that might make it better in the future is if you did a re-release of them both as a two-pack with the old Death Star base from the original TIE Fighters kit. I hope you eventually could get access to the old Estes Darth Vader's TIE Fighter kit molds and modify them to be a model kit, since that's in scale with these. And if it's not too much to ask, maybe doing a 1:48 TIE Bomber, too?
Woooooo! Lotsa great stuff! That slot car truck set looks super cool! Question about it though. Does the trailer have a tab to go into the slot on the track or is it free rolling for possible jackknifes? Reminds me of the old tyco US1 trucking sets from the mid eighties. I still run those! Nice post, cool stuff! Keep em coming!
I don't normally like buying online because of shipping but I had to get the Johnny Lightning Trivial Pursuit AMC Pacer in the same deco as the "Mirthmobile" from Wayne's World. I'm not sure if it's the first time the Mirthmobile deco on the AMC Pacer has been done in 1/64 scale (yeah, Greenlight did the same deco in 1/43 several years ago and I regret not buying that release and, as such, I wasn't going to make that mistake twice) but it's the only time it's been done in 1/64 as far as I can find (not counting customs).
Since you are releasing some of your kits as curbside models with the option to add an engine, could you offer some of the famous engines as separate kits (also, the Pontiac 6 cylinder overhead cam eng). Also, the same thing with tires/wheels. Lastly, could you do kits of the 57 Pontiac Chieftan and the 58 Chevy Apache pickup? Thanks, keep up the good work.
Hi Round 2, Those are some great looking Mini Metals vehicles in both HO (1:87) and N (1:160) scale. Is there any chance you can expand the N scale Mini Metals line to include more vehicles from the late 1960's to the mid 1970's time period, for both cars and trucks? Thanks in advance and Cheers, Rich S.
You should do a regular cab, long bed Chevy C2500 version of the OBS truck. Do the single headlight WT grille and 8 lug steel wheels. You could even tool up a rear lift gate to use with the Coca Cola license and include a pop machine.
Good news for the truck and Jeep fans. Guys (gals) could put together a great looking used truck sales lot diorama. More of the standard issue muscle cars? Isn't the market saturated? How about something like a AMC Scrambler and Marlin? Different, not run of the mill. Even a '73-'75 El Camino SS would be a good change. See? No request for '59/'60 Buicks. I've been beating a dead horse on that one.
How do you know when a kit has been retooled? I am doing the 34 slammer and a couple of the parts don't fit. So they replaced the tires and decals and that is it..
We recommend checking out scalemates.com. Their database is phenomenal and it lists by year every time a specific model kit has been reissued / retooled. Check them out and let us know what you think!
@@Round2foryou I have heard good this about revell. AMT does well with NASCAR models. But the old ones are expensive. People are pricing out of the hobby.
Was hoping to finally see the Millennium Falcon but alas not meant to be. I find irony in that you used the cockpit from the Standard TIE. Modelers who knew been doing that for decades. Good idea to make the Interceptor better
The trailers are removeable, so they can be swapped with other semis, but you can't add more than one trailer to a slot car. It would be quite difficult to drive a multi-trailer slot car if you could though!
This may have some of those pieces... rumors were that it would. They need to do "deluxe" kits for the 88-98 trucks with seat options and both Sportside and fleetside beds....or regular long bed in the 3500's case.
Dear Round 2, I would like to suggest that you do the MCACN cars as model kits please.....it would be a no brainer......you could re issue and repackage alot of older and new releases this way....also could you bring back Pro Street kits too pretty please
Please release 1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88 from Evil Dead films. Please release 1974 Dodge Monaco Police or as The Blues Brothers Bluesmobile 🙏🙏🙏 1/24 model kits 🙏🙏🙏
There are some great things coming. Especially with the NNL-East display, I think the next year or two will be a very good time. The 1967 Ford Galaxie keeps getting requested by many; I have to agree it's a handsome design. This would be an excellent clone/upgrade choice for 2024, or sooner. I'd personally like to see upgraded re-issues of the 1958-'60 annuals, with improved chassis plates and sharper details, as well. These are now going for ridiculous prices, and are due for a revisit.
It's a GREAT time to be a modeler!!!!! 😍👍
I can’t wait for the Bronco and Chevy one ton!
Please bring back the models that haven't seen the light of day in 50 years Does anyone want the AMT Open Road Camper van besides me????
Yes 👍🏽
It's only 38 degrees in Wisconsin today, but May is gonna be a hot month for kits!
I hope you build that Golden Hawk Jeep. I love your channel.
Snowing in northern Michigan for the last 2 days. Good time to build!!
Awesome model kits on the way. It is a GREAT time to be a modeler. We just need a model of a newer model pick-up truck.
I really appreciate you guys putting in time marks. Thanks for keeping the old stuff alive.
I picked up both the 55 Nomad and 66 Tasca Mustang and I'm can't wait to build them, however I would really love to have you guys out there could tooll up the 69 Chevy Impala, it's been a long time since it's last reissue. 25:26
I second the 69’ Impala 👍🏽👍🏽
I third the ‘69 Chevy Impala.
Thank you for bringing some older kits back.😊👍👍
When is Round2 going to bring out new kits like the’59 and’60 Buick and Oldsmobiles as well as some early seventies Chevrolets instead of rereleasing older kits?
You guys are just KILLIN' IT! I get soooooo stoked seeing what model kits you're releasing every month. Keep it up, guys!!!
Loving the Duke's slot cars and the model car kits.
Thanks Guys.
Great lineup for may thanks.awesome products across the board.keep them coming.peace
STILL PRAYING FOR A 1964 CHEVELLE MALIBU SS 2 DR HT 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks guys 💪👀🤙
Great idea for the Outback Australian trucks but not having front bullbars is a glaring omission 🙂
Such great releases coming up! These need to be more prominent in Ontario, Canada!
Hopefully someday we'll see the re release of the amt 1/25 dodge lil red express model kit. It's been a twenty years since last release.
With a real 360, better fitting dashboard, and the right taillights and headlights
Great plastic coming out........just wish you would do the 1999-2006 GMC/Chevy regular cab short box pickup.
That would be awesome. As an owner of a 2006 Silverado crew cab I’d love to see that one done also.
Only NBS (GMT 800) kits of the 1999-2006 models were done by Revell and monogram, don't think they've been reissued recently. If anyone from RM is watching, this'd be a good thing to look into doing....
Love seeing the new Johnny Lightning series as well as some of those larger scale designs slipping into the Mini Metals sizes 😊
With all the new curbside kits lacking parts for engines etc. Why aren't the prices lower for such kits? The odds I'm going to buy a bare bones kit with less parts are nearly 0!!

So Glad models are making a comeback! Nice set of releases this month!
That Golden Hawk Jeep looks awesome. Can't wait to get it.
More Sci-Fi Kits Please. 1:350 reliant, and 1:1000 scale Enterprise D please!
Know what else would be cool? The #21 1976 mercury of David Pearson
Thanks for the preview video, glad to see the GMT 400 Chevy trucks out again! Will the newly tooled grille retrofit into the original kit bodies? That'd be a whole lot better if it does.....
1/1000 SCALE ENTERPRISE-D!
Already have (4) of the Dually Chevrolet trucks on order👍🏻
Outstanding video and product review.
Awesome showcase guys! I've been wondering when you'd release a new MCACN Johnny lightning set, and I'm definitely not disappointed! Probably my favorite JL set so far this year! Keep up the excellent work over at Round 2! 👍👍
Glad to see the 3500. Hope to see a single/crew cab versions.
Yes I need this in a crew cab long bed SRW to match my real truck! The only guy in my area that was making conversion pieces has paused his operations.....
Now if they would expand it with an engine. . .
This is awesome! Thanks for including engines with most of these kits. I can't wait!
I'd love to see you do Squad 51 from EMERGENCY! As a 1/18 and a 1/25
Yes
Only thing I got to say is I'm not happy with the general Lee not being decal properly. I'm a Mopar guy so I always like to see new Mopar stuff. Would really like to see more newer Dodge and Ram trucks.
Getting around copyrights and paying royalties. Daisy's road runner and jeep weren't mentioned either. A 56 Dodge truck would be pretty sweet too

That Jeep is a CJ5. Looks cool! Need to do a CJ7 in the Renegade trim package!
Another exciting month thank you guys
Thank you Round ✌🐭📦📦📦📦📦

Found release 1 A on the pegs today, I love the mighty minivans!!!!!!!
is the bed molded separate from the cab on the chevy 3500? id like to be able to build my dads truck which is a 2500 extended cab with a regular bed
How about a updated 67 to 72 C10 short bed fleetside.
Please start including mirrors with the model kits. Rear view and side mirrors make the model complete.
Good stuff guys. Thanks
Awesome!! Keep the sci-fi kits coming.

Great stuff always hit it out of the park
Like the Jeep CJ kit..
round 2 models should come with a model of the 1960 chevy panel based on the 1960 custom pick up truck with the mini bike o h yeah
Hi Round 2, Those are some great looking Mini Metals vehicles in both HO (1:87) and N (1:160) scale. I wish someone would kit a 1973 Dodge Dart Sport with the fold down back seat
Oh man, that C3500 is SWEET! Love the old improved promo kits. Also can't wait to hear when the 1/32 scale Tie Fighter is gonna hit the shelves.
Wonderful pieces!
Cool small scale releases! Keep it coming! Thanks for the video 😎👍
Very nice. I hope they're made in America.
Awesome lineup.
Are the race tracks all interchangeable with each other?
Thanks for sharing. Have a great week. 😊
Great stuff Chad !! 😎👍

Like the Silverado Dualie kit..
Nice, but where are our 1:25 drivers and passengers. I've been waiting for a long time, COME ON!!
WOW A LOT OF REALLY COOL STUFF
Any updates on the 1960 Ford pickup?
Was hoping to finally see the Millennium Falcon but alas not meant to be. I find irony in that you used the cockpit from the Standard TIE. Modelers who knew been doing that for decades. Good idea to make the Interceptor better
AMT, AMT, AMT !!! You dudes are awesome !!! GOD Bless AMT !!!
It would be nice if you could make a mercury cougar
First year of release, please.
Still cannot wait to collect all the Subarus!

Please release 1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88 from Evil Dead films. Please release 1974 Dodge Monaco Police or as The Blues Brothers Bluesmobile 🙏🙏🙏 1/24 model kits 🙏🙏🙏
Lots of good stuff 👍
63 through 74 Dodge Trucks long and short beds and stepside.
Great video.
We need an AMC Javelin!!!! ❤
Like the 67 Cyclone and 67 Chevelle..
When is the 1:32 TIE Fighter coming out?
Like that 1/64 70 Torino Cobra..
Paystar logging truck?

71 -74 Chevrolet Caprice Kits
I wish I had room for a slot car layout.
I guess we are never going to see the 1967 Galaxy in both versions. All reissues.
