I'm looking forward to ALL four of the plastic model car kits. I as well as several others would love to see ya'll reissue the mid 90s Ford ranger kit. And possibly the other street freak kits on the side of the streaker vette box art. Thank you for all the reissued model car kits. They bring back so many found memories of our childhood. Take care and happy modeling. Don 😎
Glad to see the re-releases of the old MPC '67 Streaker 'Vette kit. That old kit was one of my favorite builds back in the day when it originally came out. Also, I can see swapping that four -banger from the USPS Pinto and dropping in a blown and injected V-8 instead. It may help the courier make his rounds quicker...😀👍🇺🇸
Thanks again for all the great work all you do. 👍 hope to one day see a 80-86 ford f series pickup and 67-72 f series pickup. Keep rocking and rolling 😎
THANK THE MAKER!!! Finally...MORE STAR WARS KITS!! I have two Round 2 Razor Crest's on order and two TIE Fighters!! After the production samples of these awesome releases, I think I need three of each instead of just two!! Now Round 2...Bring on the Millennium Falcon!!!
In my comment last month somebody said maybe the amt ertl tooling maybe gone or damage? Could this true be true? Because if not ,we should seen re released of chevy c1500 series of trucks and others like the chevy baretta and 1992 Camaro
Same hear I've deen looking for a 94 Cheverly pickup sport bed scale model kit would be nice to build one. If someone knows wher is one available please let me know.
Now is the time to get this tooling fixed/updated/replaced! These trucks are so hot and popular now, and demand for these will only increase! And while y'all are at it, how about some diecasts of these GMT 400 series trucks and SUVs? These haven't been done since the trucks were new....
Hello Round2, I have just bought 5 of your models from Modelmatic York GtBritain, 2 had quality control issues I thought I should tell you about, the international scount in orange, the hood does not shut flush, I have an earlier blue one and although the base is plastic, the hood shuts perfectly, but this is one of those things, the Lincoln is not. The blue autoworld Lincoln had burrs on both sides of the hood and it had been forced shut, it was very difficult to open without damaging the paintwork. I filed of burrs on both sides of the hood, now it shuts and opens pretty good, but the hood is bent because it was forced shut on one side. I am quite handy, so this was not a huge problem for me, but it should have been picked up by quality control. On the plus side the MGB I bought was perfect and I believe its the best version ever made. Round2 do an excellent job at the price point and I have hundreds of your castings, so I am not unhappy, I would want to know if it was my firm.
Would love to see you take that AW Buick wagon and retool for the sedan or coupe. Love to see an 80s Eldorado now since we have the 60s and 70s models, Could easily take the top off that '75 for a conv. Caddy. AW is my favorite line. Hope it stays good quality and unique. Great so far!
Glad to see the L.A.Dart come back! I'll buy one just for the Crager wheels! Still need the Barris Thunder Charger, the Meyer's Tow'd, and the 1971 Torino Cobra!

So here's a part of my wish list to inspire you: The Chevy C1500 454 SS, International Paystar 5000, White Roadboss, International Transtar 4300 Eagle, the 80's to early 90's Bigfoot kit, Snakebite, 80's and 90's Camaro and Trans Am, Pontiac Fiero, 90's Ford Ranger, Dodge Stealth, Kenworth Aerodyne, International F-2575, and Canepa Kenworth, to name a few!
Still waiting on the Adam-12 diecast at model kit 68 to 69 Belvedere 7172 satellite and the Matador for 73 and about emergencies Rescue Squad 51 for scale plastic and diecast come on guys we want this thing
Those Slot cars were sick looking! Especially the Indy Cars and the Stockers. Both sets are awesome and look exceptionally detailed and very sleek. Nice! I really wish I still had my old Tyco and AFX tracks from the 70's. The Super Duper Double Looper, and the Monster Track, billed as the biggest track Tyco ever made. I was a car nut when I was a kid. From Hot Wheels and Matchbox, to AFX cars, and Tyco cars. Damn they were fun! Oh man the Vega and Camaro were sweet as well, but I have a friend who owned a 1964 Nova. His was the tiny motor version but man it was sweet! Red color, and had the classic old car look. I loved it! He'd love the 66 Nova cars especially!
The streaker vetted and L A Dart are two of the cars I have built as a kid and thank you all for bringing them back. Is there a chance to reissue the 1969 chevrolet impala, would like to see it reissued again.
Good stuff guys, keep them coming, try for some 1/8 scale old hot rods or 1/16 please, markets great again, in Sydney the model kit hobby is very strong again. 🤙🤙🤙
I’m looking forward for all the plastic model kits and the 118 scale diecast cars And Johnny lightning matchbox cars second month in a row that I’m gonna go broke y’all keep this up I’m not going to be able to keep my bills paid for Lol
Great releases Round2. Still no word on the change of the 1/25 Great Dane Reefer trailer a few months ago - WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COORS, but instead some food company. My two purchases were on backorder so didn't know of the change! Already have a few of the original ERTL boxing. Nobody mentions this, what happened? Will there be a decal release so I can make it as originally listed? You have the sponsorship, I don't get it.
Ever thought of a limited run of early 70's Pro Stock 1/18 cars, Sox & Martin, Dyno Don, Grumpy, Landy etc? I would imagine you could do a line of 1/25 scale models in the series. Could it be cost prohibitive?
@Round2foryou Another shout out for a re-release of the Jolly Roger Hex Marks the Spot kit. These are going for over $100 on eBay. Hopefully you guys can make another run of these. Looking for to the tie-fighters. I'm glad you got the license. Would love to see some of the classic vehicles made into models that never were 'back in the day'.
Ooh that 4-lane Victory 400 Raceway looks absolutely amazing! Add the fact it comes with 4 awesome cars, the idea of a 4-lane racetrack is epic! I remember the time when TCR or "Total Control Racing" was just coming out. It had no "slots". Free lane open 🏁Racing🏁 🏎 and it was SO COOL! You could swap lanes, there was a computer car or ghost car that drove on it's own along with the other two cars. Sizzlers Raceway was another type of slotless racing, except those cars you didn't control. You did charge them but as far as speed and steering they were on there own. Another cool raceway made for us car nuts. But THIS! The only time I ever saw a considerably large 4-lane track was at a racing event and it was a pay to play/race, like a video game. Having a 4-lane raceway at home was unheard of, so this is epic! I wish I had more room and could somehow get this set up! With the Indy and Stock cars you showed, it would be a epic track! If there will be additional accessories, additional track pieces, or additional materials to make the track bigger, longer, etc now that would be awesome. My thoughts would be buy TWO of these and build a giant 4-lane monstrosity! Complete with stands, a fairway, garages, a parking lot, a camping area, and more. This could be a diorama dream set! Man if I could only afford this, the possibilities are endless!
One of my favorite features that Johnny Lightning/Round 2 does is they make a variety of vehicles, but they have a very good eye for making die-cast cars that look like they came off the showroom floor! From the paint jobs, to the interiors. From the tires to the rims, or hubcaps. The taillights, the headlights, all of the little details are there. They make the racing type cars, the sponsored cars, Holley, BF Goodrich, Good👟year, Moon👀Eyes👀, and more. But they also do some absolutely beautiful cars, stock, no crazy wheels, or huge blowers out of the hood, no dragster tires, just straight up cars that are 100% stock, and those I love! Auto 🌎World🌎 is probably one of the best die-cast car makers who have nailed this process. Tomica Limited Vintage are by far the most insanely detailed but they are also $20.00-$100.00 each brand new. The secondary market can double or triple those numbers. Round 2 is by far the best way for you to get the best and most amazing and most detailed Die-Cast cars available for a great price too! The only problem is finding them!
Razor Crest! Finally! I am so hyped for it and ready to start building as soon as it gets to me. Tie Fighter in 1:32 is great news as well. I guess my Tie Shelf needs to be extended :)
When I was about 10, Streaker Vette was the first model kit I built myself with working steering. I thought I was the king cuz I built it and it worked. I was so proud! 🤣
I really think you guys should produce a 1 / 350 scale prebuilt klingon warship D7 to go with the Enterprise you did. I think it would sell like crazy. I'm waiting to put a pre order in for it. C'mon guys
Great stuff, the Star Wars fans should be real happy with a brand new kit! Waiting for the old MPC Mustang II and AMT 75 Monza kits. Keep up the good work.
With the release of the garbage truck last month, you can pretty much take the rest of the year off for new models. I would really like to see some new pick-up trucks released. Thanks for sharing.
The pinto and vette are gonna be nice ones to get for sure. I really would like to see a big variety of new model cars such as 74 nova hatchback a 71-76 chevy caprice or impala wagon 68 or 69 chevelle wagon a 74 or so club cab dodge power wagon long wheel base a 71 gmc 2500 long bed 4x4 sierra and 66 2500 4x4 long bed chevy and another transport trailer and tractor combo with 5 second generation camaro and firebird kits to go on it. And also reissue the number 1 bigfoot and the original usa1 72 chevy monster trucks
Sorry for clogging up the comments but these model kits are also nice. While I am NOT a fan of the Disney versions of Star Wars Episode 7-9, I love the Original shows 1-6. ♥ The Tie Fighter looks great! It's one of my favorite ships from the original storyline. The Imperial ships are so unique and menacing, but the Tie Fighter has a bizarre look. The space battles with the Tie Fighters and the X-Wing Fighters are absolutely insane to watch! When Star Wars was released, movies changed, toys changed, and small models used for Making these epic scenes were wanted by everyone! This will be an exciting model to build, and not just one, but three, four, or even five. You can make them with battle damages, make a diorama with a crashed one, or even make your own space Fighter dioramas of your own. This would be an EPIC addition to have over the top of your Black Series figure displays of the original stars. Just a thought.
I'm not buying any models--- keeping my workbench clear for my Galileo Shuttle Interior to show up! It's a bit overdue, but I'm still hoping to see it soon!
Definitely getting the Road runner... 1/18 I was waiting for but none are really up my wheelhouse (same molds/ different colors for GTO, Torino, etc... when are these going to get an "Authentics" treatment?!? Btw, that Ford Pinto looks cool.
Great stuff Chad!!! That Razor Crest really looks great. Really great car model kits! The corvette and the Ala Kart! Wasn’t the one of the holy grail models everyone was looking for? Anyway great to see that. I do really like the USPS Pinto, really cool. Keep up the great work. 👍🏻
What the... I had planned a five minute fast look. It's over a half hour later and I'm smiling like a kid (I'm 76). Thanks so much. I saw a LOT of "stuff" I'm getting!! BTW, as a Hippie in Colorado I owned and lived in an International Milk Van - that'll be my FIRST buy! HO HO HO not N.
About time for the Star Wars Razor Crest, that's what you get when you're dealing with the Chinese to make your products, delays, delays, and yes you guessed it... Freaking Delays.
Before covid it wasn't really a problem. Round 2 is looking at bringing the manufacturing side to the US because of all the delays they've had over the years.
I would like to see more common everyday cars. Four doors, station wagons etc. Just your average everyday driver kind of cars. A person can build only so many Mustang's, Camaro's and Challenger's/Cuda's before they become boring. Cars like JoHan used to produce. Cadillac ambulance/hearse vehicles, AMC Javelin's etc. I love the new tooling that is happening but sometimes it seems like the same ole kits in a new box. (Pinto)
I really like the squarebody Zingers. This one is a favorite with the "root beer" colored wheels, but... I don´t think that "snake" on the door looks good. It should just have been straight two-toned IMHO. The Laurel green 1/18 ´57 Chevy was a surprise! Beautiful and unusual color.
Hey Chad. A couple months ago you mentioned the snake and mongoose 1/18 the models in the works. Is there any update on when those are coming out. Those would be a popular set I'm sure. Thanks for all the videos.
When are you guys going to retool the 1970 to the 1973 Pontiac formula 400 firebird everyone that I know wants to see these 70's muscle cars be redone been looking for this to happen soon.
Hoping one day AW, AMT, or JL will make a 1965 Griffith 400 series( Maroon) any scale? 1971 Dodge Charger (Red)1:18 scale on my wish list also. Both cars my late Uncle Bob owned, memories 😉👍
So excited for the 4 lane release with wireless controllers! Chad, in another video with AW there was mention of lap counting via track sensors and an app. Will this be part of this 4 lane set, or something to come later? Thanks!!!
How about more 1/25 scale model trucks and trailers and kW T600
When are we getting some new 1/64 Auto World?

Before covid it wasn't really a problem. Round 2 is looking at bringing the manufacturing side to the US because of all the delays they've had over the years.
Star Wars is over rated. Now johnny sockko and his flying robot is the bomb.
(Pinto)
This would be my dream job to work there surrounded by kits almost like being at home
Some cool 😎 1/18s too!!
Any chance of you repopping the Addar Planet of the Apes kits that didn't come out by Polar Lights?
Very cool model kits this month thank you guys
Thanks Eddie!

So excited for the 4 lane release with wireless controllers! Chad, in another video with AW there was mention of lap counting via track sensors and an app. Will this be part of this 4 lane set, or something to come later? Thanks!!!
Hey Nick! The app will be coming later on. We will post more information in the coming months with updates on the racing app.
