Hope you figured that out. You just didn't Cycle the system so that it would have locked out locked out the system.. Once you hit the key 5 and have started to move around on it you have to wait at least one minute for it to have locked out again once time elapses it locks it out you walk away over 10' away the systems locked out no 1 can just push the auxiliary switch and make the accessories work you'll find it in the directions
Hey I've got a question for you, what model harness did you order? Did you order the kit for the nomad? They told me they don't make a plug and play for our bike. Thanks
@@metricOIL I saw that video but all that means to them is that kim-p is a plug n play setup. It doesn't specify model. Do you remember which model the harness is for? The closest to our bike they list is a 2014 vn1700 nomad

Aux push button is accessible without the key fob. Best to hide it.

@@cliver2119 not sure... but im thinking the ignition for the vn1700 should all be the same...
Save some time... long video... 2 connection points- 1. Blue connector behind headlight. 2. Wire connector on clutch side at neck.
