- I've been a big fan of this app the minute I started using it. It's so useful and so functional. I love how easy and convenient it makes to record your voice, and have AI all the work. And best of all, you can sync all of those notes with Obsidian app itself.

Awesome! I was still wondering yesterday how to export the notes in voicenotes, because there is currently no official option for batch export. I didn’t expect to see your solution today. Thank you so much!
Perhaps good for workflow and fleeting notes but I frankly prefer to write things myself in the end. Mostly because the more I write the better I'm at it and because it filters out the useless things I may have written earlier and just make it more concise.
Hi Prakash. I love your dedication to Obsidian tech. I'm having some trouble. When I click Login in the settings for the Voicenotes Sync plugin, it does nothing.
That shouldn't happen. Can you try reinstalling the plugin?
@@beingpax Hey, thanks for getting back to me. I reached out to the plugin developer and they implemented a way to login if you login using Apple, Google, or Twitter (X).

I would never trust AI with my ideas, holy cr*p can you imagine the EULA??
I would also never trust transcription to be 100pc accurate - and it can be 'almost' perfect and still be useless and dangerous.
OCR of printed text has not improved significantly in a decade, speech processing is even more complex & error prone...
Plus unless you live under a rock, when can you talk to your phone without looking like a dork?
I saw a guy in a supermarket asking Google a question, like a recipe... Ok, he had his hands full.
But if we all did that it would be bedlam, ironic when we basically ignore all the real humans around us.
The only time this is cool is Tony Stark, but that's in a movie.
Your concerns are valid. But I've found the workflow really neat and valuable for me, at least. That's why I made this video as well.
You can record the voice. And there won't be 100% perfect transcription. Your thoughts won't be clear too. But I use the AI actions on the transcribe note to get the gist. All of that synced to Obsidian automatically makes it easy to process it.
Also, I love your question about talking to the phone.
Here's how I do it: I don't have to talk to it in a loud voice. I've done this multiple times when I'm commuting on the public bus. I don't need to talk really loud. I bring the mobile close, and whisper into it. And I've found that its the same thing as talking loudly.
@@beingpax Yes sorry the vid is great, the AI did a good job actually. You are clearly an Early Adopter, and many ppl will have similar use cases no doubt.

Dude another 10 bucks a month. I'm not complaining because i get it. But why not adding API and make it 2.99$? Everybodys takes 10$ for just about anything. I'd realyl love to be able to pay each and every one of them but yeah...
EDIT: wait WHAT? You offer 50$=Lifetime? You are AWESOME! That is such a rare thing nowadays.
