If you're having trouble connecting to your home Wi-Fi network, here are some common solutions: - Confirm your Wi-Fi Router is powered on and broadcasting. - If your router is powered on, but not broadcasting, contact your Internet Service Provider. - Check your Wi-Fi strength at the light's location. You can do this by looking at the Wi-Fi signal bars on your phone. If you do not have a strong signal: - Move the light closer to your router or install a Wi-Fi repeater. - If you have a Wi-Fi repeater, move it halfway between the light and your router to improve signal strength - If you are still experiencing issues, power cycle the light by unplugging the light strip for 30 seconds, then plugging back in. - Confirm you are on a 2.4 GHz network. Cync is not compatible with 5 GHz networks. Some routers will combine the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into a single SSID. Cync and C by GE products are compatible with most routers of this type. If you continue to have trouble, give our team a call at 1-844-302-2943.
If only the cable connectors and the panel popped off the backplate as smoothly and cleanly as this video pretends they do. These things are so hard to clip together that it feels like I'm going to break them every time I put a new panel down.

There is no way in Hell is that easy to link the cable that easily. My thumbs are bruised up. Each panels are so tight that it’s taking me 30 mins each panel.
