    Can I not adjust the speed of colors on custom light shows? I like the presets just would rather have it not flashing super fast

      Hi there. For Custom Light Shows, you can adjust Color Duration, which controls the length of time that one color will be displayed before changing to the next. There are a few other settings that you may find helpful, too, including Color Smoothing, which provides smoother transition between colors.       @@GELightingaSavantCompanyI have my light strip set up, but when I go to the music tab it don’t bring up none of this stuff. How do I get it to show up?

    GE cync light show does not work ! all the bulbs in a light show goes out of synch after an hour of running it, its very frustrating !

      Hello! For the best results, please make sure that your Dynamic Effects lights are updated to the latest firmware in the the Cync app. To update firmware, navigate to Settings within the Cync App and select Firmware Updates.

      @@GELightingaSavantCompany Created two tickets and talked to the customer support gazillions of time and back and forth emails, finally GE engineers said they do not have Fix for this problem. It will not run the light shows in sync as you would want them to run. Irony they named this app 'Cync' which fails to synch light show.
      So, I have returned all of my bulbs back to LOWES store. Switched to Lifx instead, much better app they have.
