Thanks for sharing this, Alex. Sounds really scary for anyone's worst nightmare to come true like this. I live solo and spend way too much time on the computer for work too, so I can understand your comments about lack of connection and balance. But I like my job and it keeps me sane, like you said, so I'll still be stuck in front of the screen for the foreseeable future. I have been thinking about this for a while, so I have more thoughts...
I hope you are having a good break and are enjoying being in the presence of people who know you! Family is not always perfect, but after being away for so long, hopefully it's an overall positive.
Glad to see an update from you :)

Yo mate your videos have really helped me come to terms with my asexuality and have helped me prepare for some of the hard things that come with it. I'm a bit of a germiphobe too just try not to over-think about things. Try some home workouts there are hundreds onlineand it will help increase your confidence and health. KICK BOXING is my personal favourit really help reduce my stress and decrease my anger whole also helping me get fit. It really helped me with the sitting around all day with nothing to do and eating too much.😋But anyway try some new things out and there will be something and someone right for you out in the world 🌎. But it won't change without taking action. Go for it and see what happeneds. Just keep fighting and you sure to win. 👊💪🤺
