i remenber seeing in a video that Java version of driver 3 have this mission (obviusly its totaly a diferent game but have the same premise of disarm all the bombs)
Out of all the cut missions I know about, I think Countdown is the strangest/most mysterious. Why plant a bomb in a cistern? I thought Bad Hand and Jericho were criminals, not terrorists. The Bomb Truck makes sense because it's a distraction for Jericho to escape. Countdown seems very unfitting... at least until we know more about it. Nice vid!

It takes place between "The Chase" and "Bomb The Truck". You need to defuse a bomb in the Istanbul's Cistern placed by Bad Hand and his goons. What is not shown (because no scripts) is the part where you go inside the cistern to defuse the bomb (with a lot of shooting involved).

Bomb Truck is a distraction to escape, Countdown was a distraction for the deal itself
