One of my neighbor's cat comes and literally knock on my gardenside door to enter my home. I never feed her. But I do pet her. And she makes about a 5 to 10 minutes check of my apartment, which she apparently considers her own too (she might have a point there). I love that cat.

There's nothing better than earning the love of a little critter. The youngest of our 4 cats has anxiety issues and had to overcome a lot to be able to deal with living with us. I have severe anxiety and depression so I understood little Angus' need for calm and routine. He and I have bonded pretty well. My husband, the King of Chaos, is hyper and loud and it can be difficult being around him at times. He and Angus are still working through things. He likes to be pet, but it also makes him nervous and can overstimulated him and cause his anxiety to flare up, it's a delicate balance for him. The highlight of my life was a few days after Christmas when Angus actuator got in my lap to be pet and purred for the very first time. He was 18 months old, it was HUGE. I was so excited that he loves me.
I adopted a cat almost 3 years ago now. At first she would bite me if I got near her. She acted like she had been very abused in the past. Now she has stopped biting me and enjoys sitting in my lap. But I have never once heard her purr.

Evertime I watch Chase, it makes me thank of my cat, whose been gone a few years now. But she would get on my shoulder and just lay there and snuggle. I miss her.
Mine also has been gone for a year now. I was really worry about him because he was unwell when he left. He wouldn't eat and was sleeping almost all the time. I was gonna take him to the vet but all vets are still closed because it was during religious holiday in my country. I guess he left just so he can die alone 😔
Mine just passed last Dec, my world crumbled, I can't focus on my work... I missed her everyday and would tears thinking of her... Nevertheless hope chase family stay healthy and long life!

all my cats always come after i whistle to them i rescue strays so you can't always force them to stay indoor they love to have their freedom so when i want to feed them or play with them or need one of them so i can take him / her to the vet i just whistle and withing 10 seconds max they come trotting
