The best part of this is that even though you may be using an uchimata (just for example) to set up the taniotoshi, if the taniotoshi doesn't work, uke still has to respect (fear) it going forward, which could set up your uchimata.
Awesome, my favorite technique, but used offensively, and well executed. Drop your weight and slide on the heel like slipping on the banana peel. Thank You.
Amazing technique amd even better instruction. You are definitely world class

💯 that’s one of the best parts of this!
Love it. Thanks for the refinements....setting that ground work so important! Denisov & Iartsev are masters at this "switch."
Yeah they spend so much time developing and perfecting that technique
I already haer the Shintaro subscribers: Tani OTOSHI ist most dangerous throw!!!!
🤣🤣🤣
I hit this couple of times at the dojo and next time i faked tani otoshi and i went for o goshi and hit that instead. Works great.🎉
Another great one
Awesome
Co soto gaki works here too. I preffer it with the over hook though

Yessss!!! I love the opposite. Showing the switch to my partner so when they try I can counter with my own Ouchi or Uchimata.
Nice feint!
I have a question.
It looks like it can break ukes knee if done wrong.
Any tips on what should I think about to not injure uke?
If your thigh hits his thigh the knee should not be endangered at all.
Drive your hips straight through him
💯
💯
nice nice
I see i see, I need to bring my driving leg in close with me. I've been doing from that stretch lunge. Aha
Are you in the +100kg categorie now, sensei? =]
🤣🤣🤷🤷 possibly!
