Whelen Siren Test

I drove around the north end of the City of St. Marys, Ks for their weekly siren test. One of their whelens was doing wail while the rest did alert.

City should have a rep from the Siren dealer change the Attack Signal of that siren and re program it to sound in Alert like the rest of the system
