Samuel Jon Watkins You're totally right. This vocalist is as raw as they come, we can feel his rage and his power. It's overwhelming and that's what the best rock is for me. Raw and true. I really love songs like this one.

From what I remember from speaking to the vocalists brother he left the band because he wanted to start a family but I could be misremembering since that was a long time ago

This is so fucking good man. Theres so many little fills and licks that make this song so much better and different than other other hardcore. Also the sludge influenced riffs are fucking awesome!

I don't get it. Entombed is a death metal band with with solo and blastbeats, this is beatdown hardcore. Two totally different genres written in different decades. I give up nevermind.

@@Wolfdaddi Lots of hardcore bands over the past few years have adopted that Entombed-style guitar tone. That’s probably what they’re referring to, not so much about the instrumentals themselves.
